The house is located on the Akamas Peninsula in a village 1.5km drive from Polis, Latchi and the beach. The Akamas Peninsula is a National Park and is ideal for walking and biking in the spring and Autumn.
There is a supermarket, bank, butchers, bowling alley and many tavernas in Polis. Latchi is a bustling village with a 200 berth marina and many excellent tavernas and bars on the beach and marina front.
The properties have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a cloakroom and they sleep 6.
The properties have fully equipped kitchens including washing machine and dishwasher, seating for 6 in the dining room The Lounge has a DVD player. It is fully air-conditioned upstairs and downstairs. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms.
Outside there is a large patio with table chairs (to seat 6 people )and umbrella which over looks the communal grounds and the 2 pools are 50m away.

Conditions
There will be 3 bedrooms available for 6 person occupancy rate
There will be 2 bedrooms available for 4 person occupancy rate
£100 deposit secures your booking.(non refundable) The remainder due 8 weeks prior to the start of your rental unless the day of arrival is within 8 weeks of booking in such cases full payment must be made at point of booking.
A refundable breakage deposit of £100 is required with final balance. If breakages occur, excess cleaning is required or missing items are noticed at the end of your stay we will provide a written statement. We will deduct the appropriate amount from your damage deposit and any remainder deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer in GB pounds or Euros.

Prodromi Village is situated in the western part of Cyprus between Plois and Latchi and bordered by Akamas Peninsular National Park.
It is the least developed area of the Paphos district overlooking the crystal waters of the Bay of Chryoschu.
This area provides a quiet tranquil holiday atmosphere with fabulous sunsets over the bay, unspoilt beaches and countryside, many water sport activities a large variety of tavernas, Baths of Aphrodite, and nature walks .
Paphos is a 30 minute drive offering historical sights picturesque harbour with many tavernas, castle, water-park shops and a good lively night life.
Interested in golf? You can enjoy a game of golf at Tsada Golf Course at a distance of only 25 minutes from Polis.
The Troudos mountains are about an hours drive and offer skiing from around mid December to mid March.
The Polis / Prodromi area
Polis is 5 minutes drive away along the coastal road and is the principal town for the region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of tavernas and cafes which radiate out of the centre.
Polis offers the nearest organised beach with a cafe and sunbeds and umbrellas..
Driving the opposite direction along the coastal road is the seaside resort of Latchi which has recently opened a 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Jusy beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular - an area of spectacular beauty suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss cross nature trails. The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.
Polis and the surrounding villages count 10 pin bowling, go-karting,fishing, cycling, water-sports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor.

Fly into Paphos or Larnica Airport.
The house is approx 40 min drive from Pathos Airport and just over 2 hours from Larnica Airport. All the roads are easy to drive on as they drive on the left as in uk and they are all in good condition.
Flights available from all UK airports.
Car Hire is highly recommended but taxis are available from Paphos airport.

We stayed at this property in August 2012 and had a lovely time there, the house is very clean and comfortable, being almost new everything was in very good condition. The house is only a short distance from the pool, which most of time we had to ourselves as some of the development is not yet completed and the other properties are mostly holiday rentals too, so not occupied all the time. Our experience in booking the property was very easy and without complication, the person managing the property on-site was really helpful, especially when one of our children was ill during our stay. Our deposit cheque was also returned very promptly when we returned home. All in all, I would recommend the accommodation and would stay there again, we have stayed in this area a couple of times before and find this rental to be great value for money compared with other similar properties. |

This is a new development with some properties still vacant which made this a lovely quiet location. The house was well stocked with all necessary items for a great holiday. On arrival it was clean and welcoming. The communal pool area is excellent having 1 large infinity pool and a good sized childrens pool. There is also a great patio area in the garden. The owners provided excellent directions to the property and details of how to get the key. You will need a car to get to local stores and villages as it is not really in walking distance of the nearest places which are Polis and Latchi. |
