About the home

A truly superb villa with private pool, sleeping 2-7 people, set right on a sandy beach close to Latchi. Villa Zeus is, in our opinion, in one of the very best locations and perfect for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in Cyprus. The sandy beach is at the end of the garden; nearby tavernas/bars and shops are just a short walk away. With a private pool, and only steps from the beach, Villa Zeus is in an amazing location.

Layout: Kitchen leading to a sunken sitting room area with fireplace and dining room. Bathroom. Natural slate flooring throughout. Upstairs: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two sea view balconies. 2 twin bedrooms with large shared sea view balcony and bathroom.

The living room with fireplace, is set a couple of steps down from the main area and has French doors leading directly to the gardens and pool. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is an inside dining area with views out to the gardens. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom is a double with en suite bathroom and two balconies with views over the pool and sea. There are also 2 twin bedrooms with balcony.

Outside the private pool is set with lawn surrounding. There are sunbeds and sun umbrellas for everyone. A raised BBQ overlooks the pool.

with Jacuzzi jets.

From the pool, a short path leads directly to the sandy beach in front.

Set right on a delightful sandy beach

The Paphos region

Coral Bay - Paphos: The beach at Peyia, on Cyprus's west coast, is known as Coral Bay and is ideal for families in search of safe swimming and soft sand. A large horseshoe-shaped cove flanked by steep limestone cliffs. It is the classic holiday sandy beach, with safe swimming and Blue Flag status. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the beach and in the resort itself, and many are surprisingly appealing - this is not a resort with lots of high-rise and development.

The Polis / Latsi area

Prodromos Latchi: is a small hamlet between Latchi and Polis. There is a long sweeping beach and a footpath directly to Latchi.

Latchi: At Latchi you will find a laid back Cypriot village with a sandy beach and waterfront tavernas. Local life focuses on the fishing harbour. The local bars are low key and welcoming.

Polis: is a pretty village with narrow streets and casual tavernas. The buildings are made of local, hand cut stone which has gently aged into a soft honey colour. It is the ideal place to meander and enjoy an afternoon drink or evening meal.

The Baths of Aphrodite: a mythical location where, according to legend, Aphrodite used to bathe, set within an olive grove with sweet smelling wild flowers. It is here that she met her beloved Adonis for the first time. Adonis was hunting in the Akamas forest when he stopped to quench his thirst. He was struck by the sight of the naked goddess bathing in the crystal waters. Aphrodite and Adonis were instantly bewitched by each other's extraordinary beauty. The location is now a tended garden and well worth a visit.

Paphos International Airport is brand new which was refurbished and re-opened in 2008. It is just a 25km drive (40mins) from the airport to Latchi. All the budget and charter airlines fly into Paphos with flights on every day of the week.
