Home description

This spacious privately owned 1 bedroom apartment, with excellent views and location close to the heart of Polis centre. Fully equipped with everything you need for a great relaxing stay. A spacious open plan living/dining area that opens up onto a large balcony, with the nearby hills as a backdrop view.

The unspoilt area of Polis town is not far from your door-step with everything that it has to offer. Polis Beach is only a 10min walk, or take just a short drive to the nearby Latchi Beach & Harbour, where you will find several shops and restaurants also, and even a children's park on the beach. The beach is very wide so you are never crowded. Latchi also has a 5 star padi centre, or simply try some snorkelling in the warm water of the med.

The Paphos District


Cyprus has over 340 days of sunshine a year, a wonderful climate.
For those brave enough to bypass the bustling beaches and bar-crawls will find undiscovered Cyprus to be, well, a bit of a gem.

Polis, its quiet unassuming beauty has stood the passage of millennia with peaceful grace. Perched on the rugged unspoilt Akamas peninsula, the town regularly comes out as top as native Cypriots favourite holiday destination and its very easy to why. It's got everything those seeking a little peace and quiet could hope for.
Fantastic restaurants line the cobbled old town of Polis. They dish up delicious seafood plucked straight from the nearby harbour at Latchi as well plates of sticky, delicious barbecued meats. Polis has many traditional tavernas, and open-air coffee shops crowd the charming town square. And for dining you are truely spoilt!
It's not all sensible dinners and early nights though. There are plenty of decent bars in Polis too.

There are lot's of things to do, you can spend your morning on the beach, the afternoon in the pine forests of Cedar Valley in the Troodos Mountains, then the evening relaxing in the local bar's or restaurants.
Polis is a very slow paced place and is a must for those of you looking for a holiday to unwind.
And it's the people that truely make this island special. They are unique in their sincere, heart-warming hospitality.



Polis area


Polis square is full of cypriot character. There are many shops, bars, restaurant's, try Chix Choxs,and ask for 'the best table in the house'..

Latchi is also very close just a 5 min car ride, and this has a long beach and harbour with local fish restaurant's and shop's. "The Baths of Aphrodite" are only a 10 min drive and located next to Akamas National park were you can walk, cycle, rock climb, or just take in the stunning views!! Not far from here is Lara Bay where the green turtles lay their eggs.

For those of you who enjoy golf, you can play at the local course at Tsada. There are 3 courses on the island, the nearest is a Par 72 Tsada Golf Course which is a 25 minute drive.
You can try scuba diving at the (5 star padi centre) at latchi. 2km from the apartment is a Go-Kart track. You can even have a donkey ride in the hills above polis at Lysos..If you fancy a water-park Paphos is only a 35min drive away.


How to get there

Fly into pahos airport..approx 40 min drive on good roads and on the left, and very easy to find.
Cheap flight deals from XL.com and Thomascookfly.com, ThompsonFly, from various u.k. airports to Paphos, (especially if you book last-minute flight's). EASY JET have started flying to Cyprus to from Manchester & Gatwick.
You can also get a taxi or Car-Hire from the Paphos Airport, or we can arrange pick up for you if you prefer, please enquire for detail's.
Taxi's are available in Polis also.
