Villa Cavuzzi modern villa with swimming pool surrounded by garden. This villa is the best way to have a relaxing holiday: it stands in a very quiet area and it is fully furnished with all comforts.
Villa is composed by: Living room with sofa, bookcase and TV. Kitchen with electrical oven, dish washer, fridge, refrigerator and all comforts. A toilette with shower, washing machine, bidet and wc. 2 double bedrooms with cupboard, air conditioner and safe. 2 bedrooms with two single beds each one (we can use also as double bedrooms). A toilette with shower, bidet and wc.
External Area - Veranda all around the villa equipped with outdoor furnitures. - Wonderful area with firewood furnace, cooking stove and barbecue. Parking place in the picketed area of the villa.
This relaxing villa stands in a perfect position between sea places and cultural sites: The wonderful Polignano a Mare with its suggestive natural cavesis only 5 km away; also Castellana Grotte, Monopoli and Alberobello are very close and easy to reach from the villa.

The Puglia/Molise region
Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archaeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hill towns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.
Polignano a Mare area
Polignano a Mare overlooks the sea with houses from high up on the rocks. The buildings are all whitewashed, there is a stunning cathedral. The numerous caves in Polignano al Mare were formed from the rough sea waves that moulded the rock. Some of the caves are deep enough to reach the centre of the town
What to see: - Chiesa Matrice, consacrated in 1295, with a massive, quadrangular bell tower. The 16th century Renaissance style prevails inside the church, but the presbytery is Baroque. - S. Vitos Abbey, with a sixteenth-century loggia, a large courtyard and a medieval watch-tower. - Palazzese Grotto can be reached from the sea and from land, via a staircase inside the famous restaurant of the same name.

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay by bank transfer the total amount before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed). Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) eur 250. Final cleaning eur 75 Please be sure to leave the house in a good conditions before to leave otherwise we must apply a supplement. Please inform us about pets/animals, as they should be accepted with a supplement to pay. Arrival time is in the afternoon between 16 and 21 (except different conditions). Please advise us about your departure time (please not later than 10am). Bed linen and bath towels are normally NOT included. You should rent them from eur 10 per person. Pots and tableware's are already in each accommodations. Electricity billed by use eur 0,30 kwh Heating (if used) is billed separately. Normally is eur 35 per week.
