About the home

Villa Cavuzzi is a modern 4 bedrooms villa located in the pleasant countryside of Polignano a
Mare, surrounded by a wide veranda adjoining to the private swimming pool, that is completely nestled in greenery. The solarium area lies down among the enchanting palm-trees and the lawn, and is well equipped with deckchairs and sun beds. The villa is furnished with all the comforts needed to assure the guests a relaxing and restful holiday.

The Villa can comfortably lodge two families, since it is composed by a living area which is perfect for 8 people, a large kitchen provided with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, two double bedrooms with air conditioning, two twin rooms (furnished with two single beds) and two bathrooms with showers. If there is need, it’s possible to add a cot in each double bedroom, and an extra bed in one of the twin bedrooms.

Villa’s external area has been carefully perfected in all details and is provided with all the needed comforts to make it possible cooking outside and organizing barbecue: in the two wide verandas, there are two sitting rooms surrounding a covered cooking corner equipped with a wood stove, a barbecue and a four ring hob with the kitchen sink. The outdoor zone is completed with the private and exclusive 10x5m swimming pool, two showers (one of them has hot water) and a large private parking area with two covered parking places. In the spare time is possible to get for free two bicycles.

Villa Cavuzzi is placed on a 5km distance from Polignano a Mare, home-town of the two artists Domenico Modugno and Pino Pascali, a wonderful village which seacoast is overhanging the sea, enabling the diving from tall heights, where you can admire the distinctive and suggestive historical centre perched over the sea, full of trattorias and typical restaurants overlooking the sea.
At the same time Villa Cavuzzi is only 2 km far away from the nearest small village where are
supermarkets, restaurants etc..

The Puglia/Molise region

Puglia is a wonderful area to consider. It offers at least one excellent archaeological museum, a host of cathedrals dating back to the 10th century, Greek and Roman ruins, a gleaming necklace of lively fishing villages, one of Europe's largest forests, a chain of medieval hill towns, and some of the very cleanest beaches and water in the Mediterranean.

The Polignano a Mare area

Polignano a Mare overlooks the sea with houses from high up on the rocks. The buildings are all whitewashed, there is a stunning cathedral. The numerous caves in Polignano al Mare were formed from the rough sea waves that moulded the rock. Some of the caves are deep enough to reach the centre of the town

What to see:
- Chiesa Matrice, consacrated in 1295, with a massive, quadrangular bell tower. The 16th century Renaissance style prevails inside the church, but the presbytery is Baroque.
- S. Vitos Abbey, with a sixteenth-century loggia, a large courtyard and a medieval watch-tower.
- Palazzese Grotto can be reached from the sea and from land, via a staircase inside the famous restaurant of the same name.

RATES ARE DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF GUESTS (UP TO 4, 5 TO 9)

Balance is due cash at the beginning of holiday after the check-in with the manager/owner, if you are not able to pay cash, you should pay the total amount by bank transfer before your arrival (cheques and travellers cheque are not allowed).

Due to security and legal reasons law we will check-in only guests who have compiled our booking-form and agreement.

Security deposit (to be refunded at the end of the stay) EUR 250.

Please be sure to leave the house in good condition.

No pets.

Final cleaning mandatory EUR 100.

Intermediate cleaning mandatory for stay more than one week.

Arrival time is mandatory in the afternoon between 4pm and 8pm (unless otherwise agreed). At arrival later than 8pm an extra charge will be applied.

Please advise us of your departure time at least 24 hours before. The check-out must be taken not later than 10 am.

Electricity is billed by use at EUR 0,30 per KW/h.

Bed linen and bath towels - EUR 10 per person.

Heating - if used - is billed at EUR 50/75 per week.
