About the home

La Corniche DAY is located 150 feet above the water at the tip of Pointe Milou, St Barts, with panoramic views all the way to St. Martin. This breathtaking villa has large rooms with privacy and charm and provides both sunrise and sunset vistas. There are two bedrooms opening to the pool terrace and a third one with minirefrigerator and its own terrace on the lower level. Each bedroom has a marble bathroom ensuite and abundant closets. A powder room is adjacent to one of the upstairs bedrooms. The villa contains a striking art collection and a mural in the dining room. The airconditioned exercise room with beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows has treadmill, weights, minirefrigerator, tv and dvd. The wellfurnished terrace is ideal for entertaining. An awning can be extended over part of the terrace for afternoon shade. Parking is ample and easy. In the evening there is lighting that illuminates the ocean below. Amenities in the villa include two TVs, DishNet satellite TV system with New York stations, DVD players, sound system with indooroutdoor speakers, WiFi, iHome, answering machine, fax machine, four safes, and Weber gas barbecue grill.This is a NONSMOKING villa

The Windward region
