Dear guests, unfortunately due to works on the building and the COVID danger with relevant restrictions, we will not be able to rent the house until Dec 31st 2022.

It is a typical rural stone farmhouse situated in the heart of Sabina, at 50 kms from Rome, on the edge of woods of oak, Holm oak, hornbeams and immersed in lush green olive groves, walnut trees and cherry trees, at a height of 600 m. It is an independent house on two floors, completely and carefully renovated. It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of 5 rooms, including 3 lovely bedrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen with dining room, a spacious and comfortable living room with stone fireplace, 3 bathrooms (shower) and 3 porches; the house overlooks a tidy garden and a large outdoor area. Nice the view of the close village, countryside and the suggestive Monte Terminillo. In the House you will find peace and tranquillity, unspoiled natural and wild landscapes, to lead a kind of simple and rustic life, unusual and rewarding, to escape the stress of city life, restore the spirit and relive emotions of ancient flavor. You can live pleasantly the house and relaxing enjoying the "noises" and smells of nature, or jogging, walking, trekking in the paths of Monti Lucretili Regional Park, some of which lie just a few meters from Casale di Valle Numa, visiting Rome or the very interesting sites of the Sabina territory, which contains some real architectural "treasures" (Rock-Hewn Churches, abbeys, Franciscans and Benedictines monasteries, Roman villas, medieval villages) or enjoy gourmet itineraries (truffle, Lake fish, crayfish, local cooking and typical products), touring festivals, cultural and musical events in the area.

    If Paola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
