This historic stone house in Montedivalli-Serra is above an olive grove, in which wine is grown. The house has a very large, south-facing terrace (30 sqm), from which one can look out over the wide, beautiful valley of Montedivalli and see the sea. The villa consists of two separate parts of the house, each with a flat and a private terrace that hold completely independent inputs and otherwise are separated so that you are undisturbed. The house has a new bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen to provide ideal self. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bath / WC, 1 TV room, 1 living and dining room with a sofa bed for one person. The sea is about 15 km.

The bright, secluded cottage is equipped with a gas heating and free WiFi Internet. The house has a car park right outside the door and is easily accessible via a paved road. The place Montedivalli consists of many small fractions, which are distributed over the valley. In Montedivalli-Serra olives and vines are grown. A small sleepy village with stunning views. La Serra translates the greenhouse. It is a very fertile area in which everything grows so pretty and thriving, for herbalists a paradise. Montedivalli located in the Ligurian-Tuscan border. The beaches of Liguria as well as Tuscany and the Cinque Terre are easily accessible from here. Ideal to go during the day to bathe with the family to enjoy the culture of the country and to draw in the evening in the freshness and tranquility of the mountains back.

The Tuscany region

Lunigiana umfasste die heute südligurische Provinz La Spezia und nordtoskanische Provinz Massa-Carrara und liegt im Einzugsgebiet der Magra und deren Mündung ins Ligurische Meer. Sie reicht vom Val di Magra bis in die Gebirgslandschaften Versilia und Garfagnana sowie bis an die Strände von Sarzana und Albareto in der Provinz Parma.

Lunigiana erfasst zudem die berühmten Cinque Terre, das Val di Vara, den wunderbaren Golf von La Spezia (auch Golfo dei Poeti genannt) und die Apuanischen Alpen.

Der Name leitet sich ab von der Stadt Luna, im Römischen Reich Luni (dt. Monde) genannt. Seit dem 13. Jahrhundert war die Region unter dem lateinischen Namen Provincia Lunisanae bekannt und eng mit der Familie der Malaspina verbunden. Vierzehn der Gemeinden schlossen sich im vereinigten Italien zur Comunità montana Lunigiana zusammen. Es gibt diverse römische Ausgrabungsstätten.


Der Ort Montedivalli besteht aus vielen kleinen Fraktionen, die über das Tal verteilt sind und gehört zum Verwaltungsbezirk Podenzana. In Montedivalli-Serra werden Oliven und Wein angebaut. Ein kleiner verträumter Ort mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht. La Serra bedeutet übersetzt das Gewächshaus. Es ist eine ausgesprochen fruchtbare Gegend, in der so ziemlich alles wächst und gedeiht, für Kräutersammler ein Paradies. Montedivalli liegt im ligurisch-toskanischem Grenzgebiet. Die Strände Liguriens, wie auch die der Toskana und die berühmten Cinque Terre, sind von hier aus sehr gut zu erreichen. Ideal, um tagsüber mit der Familie baden zu gehen, die Kultur des Landes zu genießen und sich abends in die Frische und Ruhe der Berge zurück zu ziehen.
