The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac that leads into Beaumont Pk, a great place to relax on a Summer's day. In the middle of the house there is courtyard with a BBQ.

The town centre and historic water front of Plymouth are all within 5 minutes walking distance.

The living room opens into the kitchen. It has the original fireplace and window shutter. It contains two large sofas and an armchair. It also contains a large wide screen cable TV and DVD player.

-the master bedroom is situated on two floors and has four windows. It includes a double bed, desk, two chairs, futon, two chest of drawers

-the second bedroom contains a double bed, large cupboard, two chairs

-the other four bedrooms are of a similar size and all contain a double bed, cupboard and chair.

There are two stylish renovated bathrooms. They each contain
-a loo, sink, bathroom, separate shower.

There is laundry room located under the stairs with separate washing machine and tumble dryer.
