This bright and sunny apartment is located within just a 5 minute walk of the City Centre and The Hoe Promenade, where stunning views over Plymouth Sound can be enjoyed. The newly refurbished West Hoe Park is just around the corner, perfect for letting the children run off some energy or relaxing with a coffee and a good book.

All within easy reach of this newly decorated and comfortable apartment are some of the finest beaches on the South coast of Devon. South East Cornwall, always underestimated for it's long sweeping beaches and beautiful chalet-strewn cliffs, is a 20 minute hop over the Tamar on the regular car ferry. HMS Scylla is a major attraction for divers and is the country's first artificial reef. There are diving schools within a 5-10 minute walk of the property.

Local pubs, clubs, restaurants, The Barbican and the new Drake Circus Shopping Centre are all only a short distance on foot.

The West Country / Devon region

Easily accessible by road, rail and air it is a land steeped in history, myth and legend With dramatic coastline, quaint harbours, rural villages and Dartmoor/Bodmin Moor within 30 minutes drive, you have the best of both worlds. Historic homes, country parks and estates, not to mention breathtaking scenery, all make for a wonderful region in which to relax and enjoy a long/short stay or city break.

Plymouth / West Hoe area

West Hoe is situated directly beside the popular and historic Hoe Promenade. The Barbican with it's picturesque harbour and many vibrant Cafe's, Bistro's and Bars offers plenty of sightseeing and is home to some wonderful Art Galleries, Jewellers and quirky shops.

The National Marine Aquarium is located within a 15 minunte scenic walk of the apartment and The Mayflower Steps are an attraction frequented by many of Plymouth's tourists, from here you can hop on a cruise around the Naval Dockyard or have a thrill-seeking boat ride or fishing trip on one of the many pleaseure boats that depart from this area.

The National Fireworks Championships are a sight to behold and can be seen and heard from the Hoe, just a couple of minutes walk away. Formula 1 Powerboat Racing is a big attraction during summer, exceptional views and walks around the huge powerboats themselves are all just minutes away on The Hoe. Dates to be confirmed.

2 minutes walk from the property will bring you to 2 Tennis Courts available for local residents and guests alike. Tinside Lido, a beautiful Art Deco construction can be found as you walk around the edge of the Hoe coastal path towards the Barbican. Newly refurbished and open to the pubblic between May and September, take a plunge in the fantastically refreshing filtered sea water pool or alternatively soak up the suns rays in the shelter of it's surroundings on one of the many sun loungers.

How to get there

Plymouth City Airport runs regular value for money services to many UK airports.

The Brittany Ferries Terminal is directly opposite the property so is within easy walking distance, from here you can reach the ports of Santander and Roscoff.

Plymouth Train Station is close by and has a regular supply of taxi's at all hours of day and night, the station is approximately 3 minutes by car.
