Home description
A four bedroom house (can sleep up to 7 with sofa bed) set in a quiet residential street with stunning sea and valley views, a large balcony to enjoy the gorgeous scenery, and a large private garden with children's wooden swing and slide.
The house is a good size and has a contemporary feel to it. it has recently been refurbished to a high standard and boasts a new kitchen and bathroom along with other things.
The lounge/ dining room has a open plan feel to it, and patio doors open up to a raised decked balcony which faces the countryside and sea views.
The beach is just less than a 10 min walk, where there are lots of coastal paths to enjoy, stables for horse riding or just a relaxing day on the beach.

Plymouth / Wembury area
The Beach at Wembury is surrounded by cliffs and is set in a marine conservation area with lots of coastal paths to enjoy. The beach is small and rocky when the tide is in, which makes it perfect for snorkling or for the more adventurous scuba diving around the Mewstone. At low tide there are large areas of sand and lots of rockpools to explore.
The beach cafe shop and parking is close to the beach and there is also a National Trust Marine Centre with lots to see and plenty of activities arranged to keep everyone happy. Horse riding 2 min walk from beach.
