"Well equipped modern and clean accommodation in a wonderful waterside location"

My husband, 6 year old son and I stayed in Telepgrah Wharf for a week in August this year. The town house style property was everything we had hoped for and more. It was very clean and tidy, the decor was modern and it was well equipped with everything we needed (including internet access) - a real home from home feel. The waterside location was truly wonderful. There was so much activity to see from the balcony with all the boats coming in and out of the harbour, including war ships and the frequent Cremyll Ferry taking passengers to and thro Mount Edgcumbe. The house isn't very far from all amenities. Within a 2 minute walk there is a local convenience store, Royal William Yard, an old Victualling Yard, that has been very carefully redeveloped into restaurants, galleries, retail businesses and apartments, a bus stop, the Cremyll Ferry and the Water Bus (to the Barbican). The bus journey into the City Centre is less than 10 minutes and buses run half hourly. The walk from the City Centre to the Barbican is less than 10 minutes and once there you will find a good choice of pubs and restaurants with Alfresco dining. We all had a thoroughly enjoyable week, both accommodation and location wise, and we will be returning in the future. Thank you to Becky at Soundlets.
