"Good location, lacking attention to detail"

First, the good points! Location wise it's perfect, overlooking the Hoe and park you can see what events are happening very easily and join in. City centre is a short walk, Barbican a bit further… More

"Good location - average property"

Don't get me wrong, the location was great and the flat was clean, but for something advertised as in the 4* category, it fell short. A cheepo clothes rail in one of the two bedrooms was tacky to say the least. The rest was basic, but I didn't pay for basic.

The very tight winding stair case was a good workout, but 60+ steps in a very tight space with luggage is no fun if you're not in reasonable trim.

All this sounds bad, but if you have 4-6 people then probably reasonable value rather than the two of us. Was certainly clean enough and as a base for visiting was fine.

"The perfect location to visit Plymouth and surrondings"

Spacious and comfortable apartment. All the best facilities, wi-fi connection included.
Get prepared to climb 59 steps, but the view is beautiful......
