Based in the south west we are a local family owned business, offering a choice of quality properties in waterside locations at Richmond Marina and Plymouth Hoe. In choosing the properties we have taken care to provide a central location, easy car parking and most importantly magnificent views of Plymouth Sound. The properties provide modern contemporary furniture, quality decoration and have entertainment facilities for your convenience.

Plymouth is steeped in history with notable figures such as Sir Francis Drake and the Pilgrim Fathers all starting their journey from Plymouth. Plymouth has superb coastal scenery, boat tours, restaurants and makes for a super holiday location to suit all interests.

This historic property offers spectacular views over the Plymouth Sound and The Hoe Bowling Green, where in 1588 Francis Drake famously played bowls as the Spanish Armada approached. The West Country / Devon region

There really is a wealth of things to see and do in the West Country.

The climate during the summer is often impressive as the Gulf Stream warms the seas in the area so this means excellent surfing and other water based pursuits. How to get there

From the M5 motorway, head towards Plymouth on the A38. As you approach Plymouth you will see the first exit off the motorway- drive there and this will bring you to a large roundabout.

Take the first exit heading towards the city centre and you will see Sainsburys on your left. Follow this dual
carriageway road for approximately 2 miles and the estuary is on your left hand side all the way.

The road then narrows and runs under a bridge, then onto another dual carriageway which brings you to a roundabout. Take the left hand filter lane heading towards the city centre.

Staying in the left hand lane take the exit towards the Barbican. Follow the main road past the Barbican until you come to a left hand turn signposted Atheneum Street. Follow this road all the way to the top towards the Plymouth Hoe. You will see Osborne House on the corner on the right hand side.

Public Transport..

National Express run coaches from all over the country to Plymouth Bus Station in town, there are no local buses running directly to the airport, although First Western National (for more information call 01752 402060), and Plymouth City Bus (for more information call 01752 222221) run services to nearby Derriford Road.
The airport is located 4 miles north of Plymouth city centre and well signposted from the A386 motorway.

The nearest train station is in Plymouth town centre, regular trains run to Plymouth from London.
