Based in the south west we are a local family owned business, offering a choice of quality properties in waterside locations at Richmond Marina and Plymouth Hoe. In choosing the properties we have taken care to provide a central location, easy car parking and most importantly magnificent views of Plymouth Sound. The properties provide modern contemporary furniture, quality decoration and have entertainment facilities for your convenience.

The West Country / Devon region
There really is a wealth of things to see and do in the West Country.
Not only does it have some of the most breathtaking scenery in the United Kingdom but it has several award winning beaches to relax on.
The climate during the summer is often impressive as the Gulf Stream warms the seas in the area so this means excellent surfing and other water based pursuits. As far as attractions are concerned there is the Eden Project a vast eco-project with huge bio-domes to explore which offer many species from around the world as well as plenty for kids to do.
Devon is one of the most beautiful and diverse counties in England and is reknown for its dramatic and unspoilt northern coast line. Both Exmoor and Dartmoor provide wonderful walking and horse riding opportunities with breathtaking countryside, peace and tranquility. Many National Trust properties such as Castle Drogo, Cuckland Abbey, Saltram House, Finch Foundry, Lydford Gorge are within easy reach. Theme Parks are in abundance around Bude and further along the Atlantic Highway.

The Barbican is the tourist centre of Plymouth. A maze of intricate narrow streets, and fine examples of Tudor buildings, many of them now shops, restaurants and pubs.

Just a short walk away from the Barbican, where Francis Drake played bowls as the Spanish Armada approached, you can marvel at one of the most beautiful natural harbours in the world and absorb 400 years of history at the award winning Plymouth Dome.
Plymouth Gin..
Enjoy a tour and sample the renowned Plymouth Gin at this historic distillery. Various cinemas and theatres including Warner Village Multiplex cinema, ABC cinemas, Vue – Barbican leisure centre.
Theatre Royal..

How to get there
From the M5 motorway, head towards Plymouth on the A38. As you approach Plymouth you will see the first exit off the motorway- drive there and this will bring you to a large roundabout.
Take the first exit heading towards the city centre and you will see Sainsburys on your left. Follow this dual carriageway road for approximately 2 miles and the estuary is on your left hand side all the way.
The road then narrows and runs under a bridge, then onto another dual carriageway which brings you to a roundabout. Take the left hand filter lane heading towards the city centre.
Staying in the left hand lane take the exit towards the Barbican. Follow the main road past the Barbican until you come to a left hand turn signposted Atheneum Street. Follow this road all the way to the top towards the Plymouth Hoe. You will see Osborne House on the corner on the right hand side.
Public Transport..
National Express run coaches from all over the country to Plymouth Bus Station in town, there are no local buses running directly to the airport, although First Western National (for more information call 01752 402060), and Plymouth City Bus (for more information call 01752 222221) run services to nearby Derriford Road. The airport is located 4 miles north of Plymouth city centre and well signposted from the A386 motorway.
