"Fabulous apartment and location"

This flat was far more spacious than it appeared in the photos. Everything was provided that you could possibly need. The flat was very quiet considering it is above a restaurant . The only sound we heard were seagulls. I would definitely stay here again as the location is superb with a ferry on the doorstep as well as a number of restaurants.

"Fabulous apartment"

The apartment is modern, comfortable, clean and in a really impressive apartment block. You are provided with nice linen and kitchen equipment etc so all you need to buy is food. The view is lovely. It looks out to the water. There are great restaurants and a pub on site. We would definitely stay there again. It was a really great place to stay.

"Highly Recommend"

My wife and I absolutely LOVED staying at the Royal William Yard. This apartment made our transition so easy. Everything we needed was supplied and they were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! We didn't want to leave!

"Beautiful apartment in a stunning location"

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and well equipped, including a huge TV and WiFi. Floor to windows and doors that open out over the harbour were fantastic in the hot weather. Bright, airy and modern, it was a lovely place to stay and get away from it all. We would also recommend all the restaurants/places to eat as the food and service is good. The only down side to having the restaurants/bars so close is that it can be quite noisy in the evening. (Our apartment was right above Las Iguanas.)

Giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to some minor things:
1) Only 1 toilet roll provided - I know it's self catering but didn't really want to have to worry about this on the day we got married!
2) Blind in bedroom was broken as was seal on shower screen - just a little more attention to detail required here.
3) The hallway to the apartment is like a sauna, could really do with some ventilation

My wife and I stayed for a long weekend and having stayed before in a similar Luxury Sea View apartment we knew that we were in for a treat. Naturally the fine weather we had that weekend helped bigtime but theres plenty of places to visit in all weathers in Plymouth. Look out for the Plymouth Arts Centre in Looe Street, where they have a small cinema (and good restaurant with a daily changing carte) showing more interesting films other than the usual 'durge' from Hollywood .Anyway I digress. The apartment had everything we needed, although, with all those cafes and restaurants on the doorstep I must confess that the only time we switched the oven on was to heat up some M&S Tapas! We will come again.

"Great apartment, wonderful location"

I hired this lovely modern apartment for a week as I was attending a 3-day conference at the University and thought it would be good to extend my stay to explore the area. So pleased with my decision - the apartment and location were beyond my expectation. Geat to be part of the Royal William community, views through the floor to ceiling windows are fantastic - a really great experience. Wi Fi was excellent, I was able to use the apartment as a base for work. Car parking was inexpensive and convenient, although it was great to use the water taxi also!

There are lots of good places to eat - the Royal William Bakery and River Cottage are housed in the same Brewhouse building - recommend both of these. Plenty of other restaurants, listed in publication provided by apartment owner.

I was pleased that I managed to explore the area - sailed across to Mt Edgcumbe - beautiful gardens and lovely views. Also enjoyed the Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium and the views from the Hoe.

A very enjoyable experience all round - would definitely book this apartment again
