One of only two apartments with its own direct level access outdoors to the quay and views across the Tamar to the beautiful Cornwall scenery and National Trust estate of Mount Edgcumbe.

Situated over ground and 2 upper levels (accessed by its own internal grade 1 listed cantilevered spiral granite staircase),

Located close to the many bars and restaurants (but not above or adjacent) the apartment affords the quietest position within the development, whilst everything being within a 100m level walk.

2 en-suite king size beds

One single bed on top stairs study/landing area. Please note this area is not suitable for use by young children, the elderly or infirm. Please see photos and notes below.

There is no family bathroom (2 en suites) so guest sleeping in landing area will need to share en-suite bathrooms or use ground floor cloakroom.

Allocated Car Parking Space can be provided by separate arrangement

Furnished and equipped as a home and not just a holiday let, the property includes a fully fitted kitchen of the highest quality including coffee maker, grinder, and comprehensive cooking equipment.

**Please note that this area on the top landing is an open/narrow space (please see photos). There is a balustrade of suitable height when standing but this area is dangerous if children played or stood on the bed as there is a steep fall below. The granite stairs are also not suitable for all, especially those with poor eyesight or infirm.

The apartment is therefore not considered suitable for young children, the elderly or infirm or those with disabilities. Please ask for more information if you are in any doubt.

Royal William Yard is host to a variety of restaurants and bars, each with their own unique vibe. It's a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is the premier venue in Plymouth for exciting dining at a stunning waterfront location.

Royal William Bakery - The bakery is a favourite with locals for it's artisan baking and communal seating. You'll find it tucked away in the Slaughterhouse just by the main entrance.

Seco Lounge - The perfect setting to hang loose with friends and have a few beers. Located in Mill Bakery.

Wagamama - Fresh ingredients and Japanese flavours make this restaurant one of the popular new venues in Plymouth.

Prezzo - Italian dining in a gorgeous setting at the corner of Mills Bakery.

Las Iguanas - Lively and energetic food with a South-American theme. Located in the Brewhouse building.

River Cottage - Simple cooking along with the best local produce cooked at Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's waterside restaurant. Located in the Brewhouse building.

Le Vignoble - A unique Wine Lounge based in the New Cooperage.

Le Bistrot Pierre - French cuisine with a homely atmosphere. Located in the New Cooperage.

The Royal William Yard Ferry travels between the RWY Marina and the Barbican. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes and is a great way to see Plymouth Hoe from the sea. The price for a one-way trip is £3 for adults and £1.50 for children. There is no need to book and the fare can be paid on board

The ferry leaves on the hour between 10am and 4pm (6pm on weekends).

Barbican to Royal William Yard

It leaves from the Barbican at 30 minutes past the hour between 10:30am and 4:30pm (6:30pm on weekends)
