South facing, four bedrooms, very spacious farm house, large private garden with small stream.Bookings will run from Saturday to Saturday, arrive at 2pm and depart at 10am. A fee of £100 will be required on booking, the balance to be paid four weeks prior to start of holiday. Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels and PLEASE do keep the house clean and tidy for the next guest.

The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region

Ploubalay is a small town, 7 km's from Dinard airport, 9 Km's from Dinard, 15 Km's from historic St Malo, 8 Km's from medieval town of Dinan in the Breton countryside. Ideally situated by the river Rance, restaurants, bistros and cafes, of the attractive port area. 3 km's to Lancieux (nearest beaches).

Ploubalay has 3 bars/restaurants, supermarket, Church, and open market once per week in Summer, Lancieux pretty sandy beeches, Dinard flea market Thursdays and Saturdays, Dinan restaurants also excellent sight seeing. Excellent for long walks or cycling (bring your own bikes).

How to get there

Car essential: Brittany Ferries from portsmouth to St Malo then 25 minute drive to the property.
Dinard Airport then (car hire) drive for 15 minutes to property.
