This large villa, located over three levels is the perfect getaway for families and friends. The lower level comprises a large games room with table tennis, darts, fooze ball and pin ball machines. The middle level has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, television room and laundry with dishwasher and washing machine. Three of the bedrooms and the television room open onto a large entertainment area with swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrella's, tables & chairs and portable gas barbeque. There is direct acces into the house from the double garage which accommodates two vehicles. There is a tumble dryer and fridge/freezer in the garage. THE SWIMMING POOL HAS NO BARRIERS OR SAFETY NETS FOR CHILDREN. Upstairs is a guest cloakroom, spacious kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave, separate scullery with dishwaher, large open plan living and dining area plus the main bedroom. A patio leads off the bedroom and living areas with a covered seating area offering breath taking views over the bay and Outeniqua mountains. There is a fixed gas barbeque on the upper patio. The property is fully secured and there is secure, uncovered parking for a further two motor vehicles. One Hanois is fully equipped to an exceptionally high standard with linen, towels and beach towels provided and a safe in each bedroom. Depending on the number of guests either one or two cleaners are provided from Monday to Friday.

The Western Cape region
Plettenberg Bay is located in the heart of the Garden Route renowned for its magnificent scenery of forests, mountains and coastline. Extreme sport activities abound for adrenaline junkies with a host of world renowned land, air and water extreme activities such as the world's highest bungee jump. The village centre and its surrounds are filled with galleries, studios and interesting shops where local artists, craft makers and distillers sell their wares. Restaurants abound and there's something for everyone from fun filled pubs to haute cuisine. Monkeyland, the first sanctuary of the 'Touch a Monkey's Heart Foundation' teaches one about monkeys, lemurs and other primates. A visit to Monkeyland is a must for all visitors to Plettenberg Bay. The greater Plettenberg Bay areas offers vast expanses of unspoilt Cape Fynbos, lagoons, river estuaries, unsurpassed beauty and delicate wetlands. For bird enthusiasts, these diverse habitats are home to approximately three hundred species of birds.
How to get there
Plettenberg Bay is accessed from George (90kms), Port Elizabeth (230kms) or Cape Town (420kms). These destinations are serviced by the major airlines - South African, British Airways, Kulula, One Time and Mango - from Oliver Thambo International in Johannesburg. International flights to South Africa are generally overnight and while the majority of international flights are to Oliver Thambo more airlines are offering flights directly to Cape Town International. While shuttle services are available between George and Plettenberg Bay, car hire is essential to get around Plettenberg Bay and to explore the Garden Route. The drive from George to Plettenberg Bay takes approximately 1.5 hours; from Port Elizabeth to Plettenberg Bay takes approximately 2.5 hours and from Cape Town the drive take approximately 4.5 hours. The drive to Plettenberg Bay is through some of the most scenic landscape in the country with breath taking mountain, sea and forest views.
The N2 is the national road linking Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape to Cape Town in the Western Cape. From Cape Town and George take the N2 towards Port Elizabeth. Take the first entrance into Plettenberg Bay sign posted Piesang Valley. Pass the Plettenberg Bay Golf Course, Mica Hardware and at the Yamaha Boat shop turn right into Robberg Road. Take the second turn to the right into Maplin Drive and at the yield sign turn right into the driveway of One Hanois Crescent.
From Port Elizabeth take the N2 towards Cape Town. Take the third entrance into Plettenberg Bay sign posted Piesang Valley. Further details indoors: The property has been built to a very high standard with tiled floors throughout the living areas and carpets in three of the bedrooms. Four of the five bedrooms are en-suite. In three of the bedrooms, the bathrooms are incorported into the bedrooms. Luxurious baths are features in the open plan bedrooms. Four bathrooms have both shower and bath, the fifth bathroom having shower only.
Further details outdoors: The architecture of the property could be described as 'Italian Villa'. The garden is relatively small with shrubberies and a lawn area. The outside entertainment area around the swimming pool tends to be the focal meeting area especially on hot summers days.

Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure the property. Balance payable, together with breakages deposit of R10 000.00 (ten thousand rand) ten days prior to arrival. There is a minimum letting period of seven consecutive nights. Over Christmas and New Year minimum letting period two weeks. Over Easter minimum letting period two weeks. For rental exceeding four weeks price on application. Tariff includes one cleaner for up to six guests and two cleaners for more than six guests. An additional weekly charge of R600.00 will be levied on all bookings for more than six guests. Please note that it is obligatory for more than six guests to have two cleaners. Cleaning staff hours Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
