Furnished to a very high standard this cottage is ideal for 2 couples wanting a quiet break from a busy lifestyle. The accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with en suite shower and sink - separate WC just off porch. The other bedroom is upstairs with a separate bathroom - shower, sink, WC. There is a well equipped bright kitchen with a front aspect and windows opening to the front of the cottage. A small but comfortable sitting room is off the kitchen. French doors from this room leads to a private pretty garden complete with barbeque, garden furntiure and umberella.

The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region

The Cotes D'Armor region is a part of France that is easily accessible from the UK. It has historical Medieval towns and a beautiful coast line that host miles of sandy beaches as well as traditional french seaside towns. The climate can mirror that of the south of England but in Summer it is a little warmer. The people are friendly and helpful.

Plelan le Petit area

Plelan le Petit is a village that offers all the amentities you could want for a stress free holiday. Only a few km's from the cottage is a 'nature area' with lovely walks and a small lake. The location is perfect for accessing the motorway and visiting all the local tourist attractions - Dinan is only 15mins away. Alternativley you can just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The village has all the amenities you might need. A small supermarket, bank, church, chemist, hairdressers, post office and 2 restaurants both good but different!

How to get there

Car ferry from Portsmouth to either St. Malo, Caen, Cherbourg, Roscoff, le Harve. Flights from Stanstead, Luton, Birmingham and East Midlands to Pleurtuit / Dinard only 25mins by car. A taxi from the airport costs approx. 30 - 40 Euro. All road journeys mostly by motorway - Direct and simple. Property just off N176.
