This is a magnificent 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor of a 2 story block with approximately 350 sq metre sun terrace area giving fabulous views over the Tecina Golf Course and Atlantic Ocean.
There are two bathrooms a large sitting/dining area, fully fitted kitchen with tiled floors throughout. It has all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, flat screen TV, DVD player, music centre and Nintendo wii play station.
It is located 2 Km above the picturesque harbour village of Playa de Santiago which has several excellent restaurants/bistos and bars as well as basic shopping facilities.

The La Gomera region
La Gomera ispossibly the most beautiful Island in the Canaries with stunning scenery and views. It has a typical Canary climate of warm winters and mild summers with abundant sunshine all the year round. It is a walker's paradise with walks of all lengths and degrees of difficulty to suit all tastes.La Gomera will appeal to discerning tourists who appreciate nature in the wild. If you want wild night-life don't come here!
Playa Santiago / Pueblo Don Thomas area
Pueblo Don Thomas is a brand new development to a very high standard by Fred Olsen who also own the Hotel Tecina jardin and the local ferry service. A car is recommended as the location is on the hillside about 2 Km above the picturesque harbour village of Playa de Santiago.
It takes 5 mins to drive to the village but for those who prefer exercise there is a path on which you can walk down to the village in 35 mins. The return journey uphill takes about 45 mins.
The village boasts some very fine little restaurants where the food & wine are good without breaking the bank! la Cuevita, Junonia, Don Tomate and la Marea to name a few. La Chalana is a ramshackle beach bar with the best tapas in town......a wonderful place to sip a beer and watch the sun go down.
Golf is available on the magnificent Tecina 18 hole course directly below the apartment and walking trails are many and varied throughout the Island. Mountainbikes are available to rent in Santiago with a wonderful service that trailers you to the top of the mountain and lets you cycle back down! Whale/dolphin watching and boat trips to Los Organos are available by arrangement in the harbour.
How to get there
Regular flights from UK and Ireland to Tenerife South Airport which is only 20 minutes drive from Los Christianos Ferry Port. From here there are several crossings per day to San Sebastian de la Gomera via Fred Olsen Express and Armas. Fred Olsen also operate a passenger service from Los Cristianos to Playa Santiago. Several hire car companies operate from San Sebastian including Cicar, Hertz and Europcar. San Sebastian is 35 minutes drive from Playa de Santiago

Normal change-over day is Saturday but if possible we will accommodate other requests. Fresh sheets and cleaning service will be provided once per week but if required additional service is available at extra cost.
Conditions
A 20 % deposit is required at time of booking with balance due 1 month prior to commencement of holiday. Discounts available for longer lettings. Rental rates include wifi, electricity, service charges and membership of country club. Rental cars and initial guest pick-up can be arranged at extra cost.
