Are you looking for a quality apartment away from the brash mass tourism resorts along the coast? You've found it! The resort holds the highest sunshine record on the Island and is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday spent on the private sun terrace or on the adjacent beach, you can watch the fishing boats going about their daily business.
The apartment features 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom king size bed and en suite are truly huge, and include a TV DVD player, coffee table and chairs. There is a spacious lounge providing seating for six on leather sofas. The layout features two open to the sky patio seating areas providing a tranquil space for relaxing.

The Tenerife region
We chose Tenerife because we loved the people, the sights the sounds, the flavours and above all the glorious year round climate. Ask anyone who has settled here, and most likely they will give you a variation on the same theme. It's not for nothing they can call it "The island of eternal spring".
Tenerife measures some 2,000 square kilometres, and is the largest of the Canary Islands, it also boasts the highest peak in Spain, Mount Teide is 3,718 metres of volcano, which is often covered in snow during the Winter months.
Playa San Juan area
Of the entire island the best climate can be found in the Mid South West, thats the strip between Adeje and Los Gigantes.
The centre point is Playa san Juan, a charming fishing village, unspoilt by mass tourism, where people still take the time to stop and greet you in the street, giving you a glimpse of real canarian life.
It's long sweeping beach and seafront is dotted with cafes and restaurants and shops and bars, and boasts the highest sunshine record on the island.
There are no night clubs in the village, this area attracts couples and families looking for something a little different, which maintains it's olde world charm.
How to get there
Many airlines now fly to Reina Sofia airport (TFS) on a daily basis, it takes about 4 hours with departures from most regional airports. On the Internet try these websites :- skyscanner.net or skydeals.co.uk or contact any of these airlines direct, BA, Thomsonfly, Monarch, Ryanair, Thomas Cook, Jet2, Easyjet, Excel Airways, First Choice.
Playa san Juan is about 40 mins drive, you can pick up a hire car at the airport, there are always plenty of Taxi's which cost about 45 euros. We can arrange for private transfers if booked in advance at 35 euros each way. It's easy, cheap, and interesting by Bus, change at Playa las Americas.

Further details indoors: The TV boasts 5 BBC & ITV channels + 2 sport channels. The formal dining area seats six.There is a private laundry room with washing machine, sink & drying area on the roof.
The internal lift provides access to the roof, the apartment, (although it is only a few steps up) and the basement garage.
Further details outdoors: The beach is your own swimming pool with sea temperatures only varying between 19 c to 24 c throught the year. Portable sun beds, chairs, and beach towels are provided for your comfort. There is also a private roof terrace with two sunbeds, a sun brolly and beautiful views over the sea and harbour. Starting from the harbour are coastal walkways leading along the cliffs in both directions. The main town shopping facilities and restaurants are just 50 meters along the sea front.
The beach has just been extended and renovated with 50 meters of extra sand, and new breakwater for safe bathing. The promenade now boasts a fine restaurant, a five star fish restaurant and a tapas snack bar for people watching. Along the beach are shower and changing facilities ( you won't need these as you are living just above )and a refreshment kiosk.
A garage space can be provided on request at a small extra fee.
Further details
The owners have their own accommodation in the village, this apartment is provided and furnished for their children, grandchildren, & family to enjoy it is therefor of a high standard and not just designed for the basic rental market.
The apartment only sleeps six, there are no sofa beds, the lounge sofa's are not suitable for sleeping accommodation. Please respect the ambiance and enjoy a quality home.
Conditions
A deposit of 30 %, (which is non refundable), and a completed booking form, are required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable at least 1 month before arrival when arrangements for the keys will be confirmed. The booking form is available by post or e-mail (Word format).
Bedrooms & linen will only be available for the number of persons booked. Cleans and change of linen are available at £30, £35, £40, each per bedroom booked.
Smoking is permitted on the balcony or any of the internal patio areas which are open to the fresh air.
