Home description

This stunning apartment is sheer luxury situated on the second floor of a three storey small complex. It shares a large pool and benefits from a lift. The location is in the heart of this small fishing village with all the amenities, bars, restaurants, shops and the beach within a short walking distance.

This new modern apartment with all marble floors comprises of 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a hydra massage bath, 2 basins and a wc. This bedroom also benefits from English TV with DVD and CD player combined. Patio doors lead onto the large balcony with stunning views.The large second bedroom has twin beds and a rear patio. The second bathroom is situated next to this bedroom and has a large shower cubicle, basin and wc.

The modern lounge speaks volumes with a high quality leather suite, English TV and beautiful pictures. Patio doors lead onto the large balcony where you can relax, chill and enjoy the stunning views.

The large south facing sunny balcony has electric shutters and blinds, a beautiful contemporary setee with a matching drinks table, a large dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sunbeds.

The ultra modern kitchen has been individually designed to give the utmost in luxury. It has many fitted cupboards, a large pull out larder unit, ceramic hob, an overhead cooker hood, microwave, large stainless steel fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The rear patio hides the washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum and all cleaning items in a cleverly designed cupboard.

San Juan is ideal if you are looking for a more relaxing atmosphere. If you are looking for burger bars, nightclubs and Kareoke bars this is not the place for you.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of all The Canary Islands. The south of the Island boasts sunshine all year round but the north is cooler with dramatic scenery as it is much greener and has the best views of Teide. In the winter Teide can be seen covered in snow while in the south the beaches are full of sunbathers enjoying the sunshine. The contrast of this beautiful island makes it a wonderful place to explore.


Playa San Juan / Salinas area

San Juan is a small fishing village unspoilt by mass tourism. The area is known to be the best climate on the island. The investment in the new beach and promenade has made the harbour area a relaxing place to be. Enjoy a drink or eat at one of the many tapas bars and restaurants and enjoy the wonderful views.

The village is full of inexpensive good bars and restaurants offering Italian, Chinese, fish and local Canarian dishes.

The harbour area offers 2 good dive schools and Adeje Golf is only a short drive away.

San Juan offers a more relaxing holiday as there are no nightclubs and late night entertainment, if its a quiet holiday you want then San Juan is your place.

There are Fiestas held in the village in February and August these can go on all through the night. The atmosphere is wonderful and a good time is had by holidaymakers and villagers alike.

Taxis from the South Airport should take around 30 - 40 mins and will charge around 35 - 40 Euros one way.

Car hire is not essential but if you want to rent a car they are available at The Airport and at all resorts. If you drive from The Airport follow the exit signs and then follow The Los Cristianos sign. This will take you onto the Motorway, follow it to the end where you will come to an Island. Follow the sign to Playa San Juan the TF47.
