This property is ideal for small groups or families. Playa San Juan is a great place for those seeking a peaceful good quality holiday at an affordable price. Playa San Juan is still very much Canarian. There are no mass holiday groups operating here. Playa San Juan is in the process of developing a new beach which should be finished soon. The village is very much on the level and has a wonderful promenade, ideal for a pleasant stroll. There is a working fishing harbour with a great deal of character. There are many good quality bars and restaurants with a welcoming atmosphere serving international cuisine at very reasonable prices. This will be so much a holiday to remember. I am sure that you will want to return very soon.

The Tenerife region
Out of the 7 main islands in the Canaries, Tenerife is the largest. The climate is quite superb. The west coast of Tenerife must have one of the best all year round climates in the world. Unlike the Spanish mainland that is too hot in the summer and can be cold and wet in the winter. The temrerature never normally varies much lower than 65F and much higher than 85F. They call Tenerife, "The Island of eternal spring". It is quite common in the winter to be basking in 80F by the beach and look up to snow in the distance on Mt Teide. The locals may sometimes describe the occasional rain as a welcome change.
Playa San Juan / Salinas area
Playa San Juan has invested a lot of money in developing the promenade. The council are in the process of developing a new beach near the harbour. The island is full of interesting tourist attractions to suit all age groups. You will more than likely be very happy in the surrounds of your private villa, relaxing and just enjoying the spectacular view across the channel to La Gomera where boats of various sizes often pass through.
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife south, Reina Sofia airport. Playa San Juan is about a half an hour's drive from the airport, towards Los Gigantes.

Further details indoors: The villa is in a very special location. One can hear the waves breaking on the rocks. All the rooms are very spacious. There is a large open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a magnificent view of the ocean. There is satellite TV. The bedroom are all of a good size. There are 2 doubles and 3 twins. The swimming pool is solar heated. There are lovely outside terraces with super views. There is also an excellent stone work barbecue.

The minimum age for booking this villa is 25 years old. We do not want same sex parties. Couples and families only please. We require a 25% deposit on booking and then the balance 10 weeks before arrival.
