We offer this beautiful spacious FRONTLINE villa has been furnished to a good standard throughout and has amazing views of the sea from the lounge/diner, bedroom and pool terrace. Frontline villas are very rare in Tenerife.

The villa is situated on two levels. Ground Level consists of three bedrooms, lounge, dining area all with sea views plus the kitchen and bathroom.

The independent kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board and table and chairs for 4 people.

The large comfortable lounge and dining area has amazing sea views with large patio doors leading to the pool terrace. There are 2 x 3 seater comfortable sofas and 2 separate chairs , The TV system provide English speaking channels including sports, movies and childrens. There is also a DVD, hi fi and system.

The Dining area consists of table and chairs for 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms on this level The master large double bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, and patio doors leading to the balcony again with stunning views. This bedroom boasts an en suite with bath and shower attachment, wc, and sink. The remaining two bedrooms both have twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has bath and shower attachment, wc, and sink.

The spacious lower floor consists of the further 2 large bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twins beds, both have fitted wardrobes. These bedrooms will share another family bathroom with bath and shower attachment. Also on this level is the separate utility laundry room with washing machine, iron with board and sink.

There is also a safe fitted in the villa. There is plenty of parking outside the villa.

The large 9 x 5 metre private sloar heated pool is surrounded by its beautiful terrace with a with several sets of patio furniture, sun loungers, outside shower. Pool depth is from 1.2 m to 1.5m metre. For your enjoyment is a purpose built BBQ. The outside of this villa is totaly private and not overlooked. From the pool terrace are the wonderful views of the Atlantic ocean that you can almost touch. This unique villa sleeps up to 11 people.

Please note Solar heated pools are not as adequate as electric heated pools, the temperature may not reach a suitable level that is required to swim comfortably.

The manager of this property lives nearby and is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The manager also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a good standard throughout. The solar heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool . It has been fully tiled to a high standard. . The pool filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required.

Prices quoted are for 10 people. This villa can sleep 11 plus baby. For all school half term and Easter weeks please add an additional £200 per week

In order to book this accommodation we require a deposit of 20%, you can pay by one of the following ways.

Balance of payment is required 6 weeks before your arrival date.

Once a deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed and the calender.

This villa is available for residential lets of 3 months or more.

For 3 month residential lets, all prices are calculated out by the weekly price stated. For example a booking from January to April please ask the price quoted by the number weeks you want to rent for the given period. We can sometimes offer discounts.

A good selection of bars 9some late night), restaurants, banks, shops, supermarkets and outdoor cafes can be found along the Avenida Maritima and is just 500 metres from this villa. With the local council of Guia de Isora investing in keeping Playa San Juan to its high standards, yet interesting, the greenest resort on the south of Tenerife will gradually appeal more and more to those looking for sun and tradition. The beautiful newly constructed beach is just a 10 minute walk from this unique villa, here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkeling.

The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. ThIs Tenerife villa is a 25 minute drive to the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The Abama golf course complex is just a 5 minute drive away.
