Set on the unique and beautiful Mar menor area this upper floor apartment is ideally suited for couples and families alike who enjoy a relaxed beach side holidays at affordable rates. You can swim in the warm waters of the Mediterranean the Mar Menor, or in the private pool area which are all within meters of the apartment. There are Water sports Jet Skiing Sailing Golf Fishing Diving or you can just relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches directly in front and to the rear of the apartment. Furnished to high standard with large Balcony overlooking Pool / Beach/ Sea.

The penthouse is on the last floor serviced by a lift which goes down to the underground car park and pool area. It is furnished to a high standard having a separate fully equipped kitchen with every thing you will need for a self catering holiday for up to 6 people. It has a Fridge/Freezer and washing machine with an external laundry area with a separate sink. The open plan dining area with table and chairs also incorporates the lounge and TV area. The TV having English and Spanish channels. There is also a private solarium of 40 sq meters. All towels and bed linen are supplied. Pool or beach towels are not supplied.

The large Balcony has a table and chairs which over looks the whole pool area and the lagoon. It is ideal to eat most of your meals on which is for a large part of the year. The secure under ground parking is situated in the basement and is reached only by remote or key entry operating electric doors and by lift or stairs directly from the apartment also having a secure vidio-linked entrance system to enter the complex. The pool caters for all age groups the children having their own areas all with lovely surroundings with the added benefit of being completely enclosed. Also having toilet facilities in the pool area.

Strictly No Smoking inside the property however smoking is permitted on the Balconies.

This is truly a magnificent place for families and couples alike. The apartment is located within 5 km distance of the very Cosmopolitan Mar Menor Marina with its vast array of high class restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks etc. If beach walking is your interest then you can walk for hours on the beautiful beaches from just outside of the apartment. Within a short drive is the world famous La Manga Golf Club Resort where many of the worlds International football teams use the facilities. The beautiful historic town of Cartagena and the bustling capital city of Murcia are also within a short drive where the Spanish culture is still at its best.. Also if traditional Spain interests you, at the begining of the strip there is Cablo de Palos a small fishing village, with its vast array of excellent fish restaurants. Santiago de Ribera can be reached by the 2 hourly ferry service which takes about 20 minutes from the Marina. Spanish culture and cuisine at its very best.

The full rental fee is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival.150€ will be the damage deposit, given back at check out.

60 € will be charged on arrival for cleaning changing linen... (Please pay the housekeepers on arrival, together with any optional items requested)

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida region

Situated below the southern end of the Costa Blanca, the Costa Calida is one of the least known and most unspoilt areas of Spain. With over 315 days of sunshine per year its not surprising that Costa Calida means "warm coast" and the area is regarded as having one of the most healthy climates in the whole of Europe.

The area is best known for the La Manga Club, famous for its championship golf courses, tennis facilities and nightlife including the renowned casino. However the area has much more to offer. There are numerous other golf courses all within easy reach and for lovers of history the port of Cartegena offers numerous treasures dating back to Roman times. A visit to the capital of the region Murcia City is well rewarded with historical buildings reflecting the Baroque style and the varied shopping available there.

To the south of the area is the La manga "strip" a unique holiday area! The strip consista of a narrow spit of land stretching 18 miles out into the sea. Surrounded on one side by the Mar Menor (inland sea)and on the other by the Mediterranean sea. Many holiday homes in this area benefit from magnificent sea views.

Cabo De Palos at the gateway to the La Manga strip offers superb al-fresco dining in a quaint and tiny fishing village - this gives a taste of the "real Spain"

The Mar Menor is trhe largest natural lagoon in Europe and because of its position is a haven for watersports. There cannot be a better or safer venue to learn to sail,ski,dive or kite board. Courses are available for all levels of expertise.

On the strip you will find a host of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. The Zoco and Plaza Bohemia areas being particularly popular.

Beaches run the length of the strip on both sides. Benefitting from fine sand and a slight gradient these offer safe and shallow bathing, being particularly suitable for children.

Further North on the strip is the Tomas Maestre Marina which links the two seas and provides berths for up to 1000 boats. The marina is very smart and cosmopolitan with a vast range of quality restaurants and bars Spanish,French, Italian, Greek and Mexican cuisine to name only a sample. For the more lively, some bars offer live entertainment and dancing. Alternatively one can simply admire the fading sunset by the sea on the edge of the marina to realise how lovely this area is.

Around the Marina are all the facilities you would expect, including boutiques, supermarkets, banks, chemist and hairdressers. All within 400 yards of the apartment. There are also two children's playgrounds.

Whilst there is plenty to do, the area is not noisy and provides a relaxing and tranquil holiday for couples and families of all ages. The area provides significantly better value for money than many other Spanish destinations possibly reflecting the fact that many properties are owned by Spaniards. About the home

Very spacious 3 bedroom penthouse (14 sq metres) with en-suite bathrooms to all bedrooms. Terraces to all floors including rooftop solarium with barbecue and dining facilities. Within 250 yards of Tomas Maestre Marina provides a range of shops, cosmopolitan restaurants and bars.

Wonderful holiday venue for families and very romantic for couples. Peaceful area with easy access to safe beaches.

"Cadre idilique et propriaitaires très agréables"

Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles rapidement si besoin

La terrasse et les chambres offrent une vue splendide. Le climat est très agréable et le calme demeure…

Le « farniente local » vous permet de découvrir un endroit, une culture et une gastronomie inégalable…

Tous est à proximité… L'eau chaude de la mer est un délice !
La fréquentation estivale se concentre vraiment dans le cœur de La manga. De nombreuses activités peuvent se prévoir facilement.

L'appartement est bien décoré/ meublé et très propre. Il est spacieux et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour.

Nous espérons revenir prochainement et nous vous conseillons ce choix ! Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment super… Nous ne manquerons pas de réserver de nouveau cet appartement.

"Magnificent views and superb facilities"

We did choose this place after having read all the reviews and for the location. We couid not fault this place at all. The apartment is on the top floor and has some of the most amazing views i have ever seen. The apartment is in excellent conditions. It is fully equipped with all what a family or friends would need for their perfect holidays. It has three well sized bedrooms, all well furnitured and with two balconies. The aprtment building isl ocated right at Mar Menor, a very tranquil and fantastic beach with perfect clean water.

We have been there in june and the weather was pretty good, nice winds in the evening and lots of sun in the afternoon. The apartment comes with an underground parking lot. , has an elevator, which is pretty handy after you do your grocery for your family.

The outdoor pool is in excellent condiitons and it has also an indoor pool which we did not use while staying there. The service we received from the moment we booked until the arrival and departure were great and very perosnalized and all out requests were accomodated.

If we decide to go back to this part of Spain, we surely would take the apartment again. Can only recommend this place

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire, il est toujours utile d'avoir une connaissance de la «feedback» de nos clients, vous êtes notre priorité, et que, après deux ans d'hébergement différents clients ont répété la vaste séjour de majorité.
L'appartement est dans une grande communauté, comme on le voit sur ​​les photos, et certainement Juillet est un mois où la plupart des gens ont généralement la fête, de sorte que le week-end est une communauté joyeuse où les enfants et les adultes passent un moment inoubliable que la largeur de la communauté, et le maître-nageur, les enfants peuvent être en toute sécurité sont la supervision parentale constante.
Le mobilier est en très bon état, comme chaque année un montant de renouveler ustensiles de destination que l'appartement a tout ce dont vous avez besoin afin de rendre les clients se sentent comme à la maison.
S'il est vrai que lorsque le nettoyage a trouvé une chaise cassée, (qui a été remplacé).
Tant le canapé du repas que trois des matelas, j'ai acheté l'été dernier, et je changent habituellement tous les 4 ans. Afin de garder le canapé, le premier jour, je couvre de protection,
(Qui changent à chaque fois que j'ai de nouveaux clients), mais au-dessus du canapé, (à mon humble avis), est en bon état.
Le lit superposé a été acheté il ya 4 ans avec des enfants à l'esprit parce que, pour eux, c'est un excellent choix, peut-être pour les adultes est moins à l'aise, ce qui explique pourquoi il ya 135 lits et 90 dans les deux autres chambres.
J'apprécie la confiance placée en nous, et ce n'est pas facile de prendre une bonne décision entre une telle offre. Et bien sûr, je vais tenir compte de vos commentaires très utiles pour les réservations futures.

"INOLVIDABLES VACACIONES EN UN PRECIOSO ÁTICO"

El ático es precioso, bien situado, muy cuidado y limpio. Al llegar todo estaba ordenado y totalmente equipado( sábanas, toallas, menaje de cocina y baño..), y nuevo. Desde la terraza las vistas son increibles, está muy bien orientado, es una maravilla. No tuvimos problemas con la propietaria, al contrario, nos dió mucha facilidades y fue muy amable y atenta. Nuestra experiencia en este ático es inmejorable, está muy bien situado en una zona preciosa y bien comunicada. Seguramente volvamos. Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

Gracias por haber elegido pasar tus vacaciones en este apartamento. Espero que no las olvideis en mucho tiempo y ojalá nos veamos en un futuro próximo.

"The best getaway ever!!!!!"

Wow what a great place to stay!!!!! I stayed here for several days, for leisure and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Collecting the keys was easy, the location is superb, right in the middle of everything. The apartment is clean, comfortable and quirky that I felt instantly at home.

When I go to La Manga again i will definitely contact the owner and book up again. It is an amazing place in an amazing location, if your looking for luxury, then look no further and book up. Simply excellent.
