The building has 60 apartments divided on 6 floors, 2 lifts, shared swimming pool, separate children's pool, sun terrace with free sun beds, hairdresser, rent-a-car, pool-bar and restaurant. Our office CanaryRent is in the same building, we also offer taxi transfer from and to airport, excursions, discount tickets etc.
Supermarket just around the corner. Shopping centre Cita at 100 meters distance, leisure centre Yumbo at 200 meters. The main beach of Playa del Inglés at a 10 minutes stroll along the beautiful promenade.

The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria is a miniature continent. An island close to Europe, with a wide range of beaches as diverse as the changing sceneries waiting to be discovered. Nearly 60 kilometers of beaches on 236 kilometers of coastline under a gentle sun that seems to have settled down here for good.
The Playa Del Ingles area
Situated on the southern end of Avenida de Tirajana in Playa del Inglés, the apartment house is just a 15 minute stroll along the beautyfull promenade to the beach. The famous Maspalomas sand dunes, an overwhelming sight, are just across the apartment building. One of the town's major shopping centres, the Cita, is one block away. Leisure and shopping centre Yumbo at 5 minutes walk. Restaurants in the town offer cuisine from practically every nation you can name such as German, Spanish, Chinese and Japanese. Bus stop at 100 meters and taxi's across the reception.
