About the home

On the south coast of Gran Canaria, next to Playa del Inglés and its famous dunes, you will find this bungalow. Its privileged location makes it an ideal destination for an unforgettable holiday.

On one side of the bungalow you have a relaxing and calm environment, with the sea and the dunes a stone's throw away, whilst on the other side you have at your disposal a shopping area with all the kinds of stores you might need (including pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets).
Uniquely structured in that its forty bungalows are distributed in a figure eight, with the main entrance and Reception in the middle. On either side, there are twenty single-floored bungalows in a circle, all of them facing the swimming pools (one for adults and another one for children).

The bungalow contains a living room with cable television, fully equipped kitchen, a recently renovated bathroom with shower, and two twin bedrooms. The bungalow has air-conditioning, safe, free WIFI connection, and daily room service, with a change of towels every two days. In the interest of further comfort, the bungalow has a fully furnished outdoor sitting area, which overlooks the swimming pools. In addition to this, the bungalow contains its own set of sun beds, which are in front of the sitting area and next to the pool (there is no second row of bungalows, all of them face the swimming pools).
From 8am to 7pm, there is access to a 'minimarket', laundry (with washer and dryer), currency exchange, and a computer with internet access.

This holiday home is legally autorized by Spanish Tourist authorities tobe rented as a holiday /vacation accommodation. The agent has also a legal license to offer holiday rentals. This is very important nowadays when there are many " fake" properties or illegal ones. Your booking with us is protected by touristical law.

Conditions

30% will be requested when formalizing a booking and the rest will be requested 4 weeks before arrival, payments can be done by bank transfer or credit card, details will be provided in our booking confirmation.

The Playa Del Ingles area

Playa del Inglés is in the South of Gran Canaria ans is very well known because of the great warm weather all through the year and fantastic beach full of Dunes.

There are activities for everyone, water sports and night life, also golf courses and quiet areas for those that want to relax.
