This new and modern 4 bedroom villa is situated in a central but quiet area in Playa Del Ingles. This villa is very popular due to its quiet location but in close proximity to all the amenities.
The villa has recently been refurbished a fully furnished lounge with double sofa bed, satellite television, DVD player and a music system.
Fully fitted kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are four bedrooms, 1 twin en-suite, 1 double bedroom en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
There are three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en-suite.
The electronic safety deposit box which can be programmed with your own security code is also permanently fitted for the guest.

The Gran Canaria region
Gran Canaria is located in the Atlantic ocean, the Island is known for its good weather all year round, with a huge choice of beaches for all tastes. The Spanish call it the fortunate Island due to teh constant spring and summer temperatures.
In the North of the Island you will find Las Palmas, tends to be a little more cooler and here you will find the typical lifestyle of the Canarians. South of the Island is more popular with tourists with its fantastic views, landscapes and natural sand dunes of Maspalomas.
The Playa Del Ingles area
Playa Del Ingles is a popular tourist area, the area is all on flat and has 4 continuous miles of sandy beaches. There are in total 5 centres in Playa Del ingles and if you explore into San Agustin and Maspalomas you will find a lot more, each centre has a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops to offer for all different tastes and needs.

Stayed at the villa at end of october 2011 for a week, first time stay at property. Wonderfully quiet, and secure at night. The private heated pool was an absolute bonus, no trips to the beach this year. Stocked up with groceries from Carrefour on GC1 en route, local Spar shop 5 minutes walk for essentials. Needs a new dishwasher - no matter what dishwasher products we used, we could not get the upper drawer to function properly. The apartment has one air conditioner in the living room. No coffee machine in the property ? very unusual for Spain, we left the one we bought during our stay. Apart from these small complaints we will try to book again next year. The Villa was ideal. Good value for money, clean & modern furnishings (all from Ikea!). The location was great, no-one looking over you & a high wall around so felt very secure. It was quiet but also close enough to walk to the Yumbo for nightlife/food - only 10-15 mins walk. There was sufficent utensiles in the kitchen to cater for 8 people. Only 6 sun loungers but plenty of chairs. 3 big supermarkets at san fernado, which only costs 3 euros each way & a local spar round the corner to complex for daily essentials. The travel company arranged for someone to give us the key upon our late arrival & also the transfer. We had an excellent week & the villa just made it even better. Response: Thank you for taking the time to give us your feed back,i have now put an additional 4 sunbeds in the villa,making it now a total of 10. |
