Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and fully refurbished and includes all the extras you would expect for self catering from full oven to large fridge-freezer and a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster and an iron and ironing board. A microwave and coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and cooking utensils

Lounge area
The lounge has sofa seating for four people (or more), a dining table and patio doors that lead onto the balcony with table, chairs and those spectacular views!

Entertainment
The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, and cds.

Smoking :
Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Pets :
Pets are not welcome
Wheelchairs :
There is three lifts in the apartment complex but they will only allow smaller type wheelchairs. There is ramps in this complex, making it helpful for wheelchairs or pushchairs etc.
Beach front
Just a couple of minutes walk to the end of the road and you have the beach and the beach prominarde leading to a nice shopping complex with Bars and Restaurants and Shops etc.

Close to the apartment you will find, water skiing, wind surfing, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports centre, scuba diving, shopping etc.

The Gran Canaria region

Try Cruze Arinage and drive down the Main Street and see all the Model Statues of children in various forms of play, and all the other statues around this area. And a short drive away you will come to the Cave Houses in the Barranco de Guayadeque.
And for the ladies, then a must is Vacindario High Street, it is 3 kilometres long with every kind of shop you could wish for and the prices are much cheaper as this is were the locals shop and of course the Atlantico Shopping Centre.

Or spend a day in Las Palmas. Go and see Christopher Columbus house, (it is free) and also go to Catalina Square, as this is where a lot of the outside concerts are help. Or just take a stole along Canteras Beach; there is many Bars and Restaurants, Spanish style along the promenade and also a few souvenir shops.
Or go in the other direction and go to Mogan. A lovely little fishing village. A market if held every Friday and is very busy. Take the bus or the Water bus from Puerto Rico.

Playa Del Ingles area

Playa Del Ingles is a very popular location for your holiday with lively nightlife, or a quite restaurant over looking the ocean. The weather is sunny all year round with lots of places of interest for the young and the old. This part of the Island is flat, unlike Puerto Rico which is hilly.
Come out of the apartment and go left a few minutes and you are on the beach promenade and this will take you onto the Sand Dunes in Maspalomas, were you can take a Camel Ride if the mood takes you.
There is plenty of activities to keep you occupied such as the Water park (Aqua land), Holiday World, several golf courses with Campo Golf only 10 mins away by car. Or spend a day at Palmitos Parque that has over 230 different species of Tropical Birds and various other small animals and plants.
Jeep Safari, Mardi Gras (May), lots of shopping opportunities. Evening entertainment includes Garbo´s and the Las Vegas Legends dinner shows, and also Sioux City.

How to get there

Flights to Las Palmas Airport and then either Car Hire or Taxi to Playa del Ingles.
There is also a Local Bus that will take you into Playa del Ingles but this can be confusing for the first time Traveller to the Island.

The complex has a large outside swimming pool and a smaller one for children, plus an indoor pool. There is a bar and restaurant next to the pool and on some evenings there is live entertainment.
A separate children’s play area which is slightly covered is near the children’s pool and this is surrounded with garden areas.
Poole tables and Internet access is available for your leisure and also a book swap.

Right next to the complex is a supermarket and perfumery shop, jewellers and souvenirs shop. Just outside the reception a cash machine for your convenience.
Just along the road there is an assortment of bars and restaurant were you can get breakfast, lunch or an evening meal.

About a 5 minute walk away you come to the Local Bus Station were you can get a bus to most areas of the Island, and just along side this is the well known shopping centre called the Tropical Centre. Once again Restaurants, bars and shops and another large supermarket.

When you arrive the 24 hour reception holds the key to your apartment. They speak good English and are very helpful for further information through out your stay.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £100. required with final payment, this will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee to be paid as a deposit to reserve your weeks. The balance to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival date.

Self Catering.

If holiday makers wish to have clean Towels and Linen in the middle of there stay then an extra fee will be charged at 20 euros.

A 100 pounds sterling is requested as a returnable deposit within two weeks of your departure as long as nothing is damaged, stolen or broken.
