About the home

The Villa is situated in the very popular Playa del Ingles area. There is the option of lying by the beautiful landscape pool area, or simply use your very own private pool.

Situated 2 to 3 minutes walk from the Yumbo Centre with its large selection of bars, restaurants, money exchange and shops.

This modern 4 bedroom villa is situated in a central but quiet area in Playa Del Ingles. This villa is very popular due to its quiet location but in close proximity to all the amenities.

The villa has recently been refurbished a fully furnished lounge with double sofa bed, English satellite television with BBC 1,2,3,4, and 70 English channels DVD player and a music system.

Fully fitted kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There are four bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms en-suite, 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom.

The electronic safety deposit box which can be programmed with your own security code is also permanently fitted for the guest.

The villa provides comfortable accommodation enabling families and friends to feel at home.

On entering the villa from the private pool and patio area, you enter the comfortable living room area which host a flat screen television, DVD player and music system.

A fully fitted kitchen provides you with all the facilities to have a chat at the breakfast bar whilst dinner is prepared.
Bedroom 4 has a private entrance facing the pool for those in the party who want that extra little bit of privacy.

The large sun terrace outside your villa will give you ample room to take in the sun and relax.

There is a seating area set around the private solar heated pool with stairs leading up to the roof top terrace where you can relax and sunbath. There is also a barbecue area

The Gran Canaria region

Known as the island of many continents, Gran Canaria has something for everybody. Whether you want a quiet, relaxing time or if you want action and adventure, there is something for you.

Puerto Rico and Playa Del Ingles are the main tourist areas and the entertainment hotspots are all centred around the Commercial Centres.

There are quieter resorts, which offer a more relaxed ambience and attractions for both singles, families and couples.

Away from the tourist area you can embrace yourself in the Canaria culture and visit the cathedral at Las Palmas, the rum distillery at Arucas or even the most sacred spot of the island, Teror. Take a look at the barren ruggedness the island of Gran Canaria has and I can gurantee you won´t be disappointed.

The Playa Del Ingles area

Playa Del Ingles is the second largest resort in Europe, Benidorm being the first.

The night life in Playa Del Ingles is situated around numerous commercial centres and is chocca block with music bars and pubs especially in the Kasbah area which is the livelist place on the island. You can however, find quieter bars along the promanade and down the beach area.

If you fancy a flutter, 10 minutes outside of Playa Del Ingles is the Casino and during the winter months you maybe enticed to the incredible dinner show.

There are an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes from Chinese to Indian, Italian to Fish and Chips you will never be short of choice.


The beach stretches for miles and end at the sand dunes of Maspalomas, with the dunes stretching back inland. The main resort beach is a blue flag winner and the beach is reached via steps. It is very clean and has an array of beach bars and restaurants. If you like watersports there are a plenty.

There is so much to do in the daytime. Near to Playa Del Ingles there are two water parks, one small one and the largest water park in the Canary Islands. You can have a great day out here with all the waterslides and the white knuckle rides too.

If you fancy something a bit different, why not try a camel safari across the sand dunes or even one of the many boat trips that are available.

Sioux City is a great night out for all the family! It is Gran Canaria´s own western theme park where you can stick on your stetson and walk in the footsteps of cowboys long gone. There is a fun BBQ night on a Friday.

If you like shopping then Playa del Ingles has a large selection of tourist shops scattered around the town or concentrated in some of the many commercial centres. Duty Free goods are a great buy.

Playa Del Ingles offers something for everybody, whether it is a relaxing holiday or a great night out, it hosts something for everyone both young and old.

“Nice Villa, very helpful owners” Nice clean villa, well positioned, far enough away from the attraction to relax but close enough for short walk for good night out. Pool is a good size and well maintained. The owners were very helpful, good communications during the booking process and upon arrival and through out our stay they went out of their way to be help us and make our stay more enjoyable, a very big thumbs up to them. If I were to return to Gran Canaria I would certain enquire about this villa again. The only down side was there was no WiFi, but there are plenty of cafes/bars around with free access so it was not a problem. P.S if you like tennis take your racquet, there are some good tennis courts right next to the villa.

“Brilliant, fun, great location” It was a brilliant villa, with everything you need within easy reach. The organisation of arrival and departure were excellent, very helpful with all our silly questions and made us feel special. It was a brilliant holiday and booked already to go again next year. We have young children and would recommend this villa to all, the children loved both the private pool and the communal lagoon pool.

“Fantastic, clean, luxurious accomodation.” This is the second time I have stayed in this villa with my friends, on both occasions we found the property to be very clean and tidy it's location is ideal for night life and within walking distance to the beach and local shopping centres, there are plenty of taxi ranks near the villa too aswell as good restaurants etc. On my recent holiday (oct 2012) myself and one of my friends in the group had our passports stolen whilst we were out in a shopping centre. this was potentially a disasterous situation but thanks to the owner of the villa it wasn't. He looked after us! Thanks to Gary everything was taken care of, he drove us to the British consulate to get our emergency passports, he took us to the police station to get a report for our insurance and he got one of his staff to speak on our behalf. he let us stay on at the villa too as we had no accomodation. I found it hard to believe anyone could be this helpful but he was . . . he was amazing! Anyone who is thinking of staying at this villa I would say book it! it's a great place to stay, its got everything you need and it's very comfortable but above all I have to say we were so lucky to have helpful and pleasant staff looking after us, our holiday could of turned out to be a nightmare but thanks to Gary and he's staff the whole of it was fantastic! CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK!!! THANKYOU, ALBY.

“Fantastic Villa - Great Location” Just back from a week stay at Villa Holycan and I cannot recommend this Villa enough. I was holidaying with close friends and family and we all had a fantastic time. We were welcomed warmly by Gary who couldn't do enough for us. The Villa was plenty spacious enough for 7 of us, it was clean and in such a lovely area. The Lagoon pool was out of this world, just unfortunatley a little cold but it was January after all. I would definitely stay here again.
