About the home

The complex is only a 10 Minute walk from C.C. Metro/Kasbah/Plaza with its multitude of shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs on the way there you will pass so many other shops and restaurants you may not make it as far as that. 5 minutes the other direction brings you to C.C. Tropical with its shops and restaurants as well as the main bus terminal in the area where you can get a bus to any part of the island.

The nearest supermarket is just across the road from the complex with another only a 2 minute walk away.
Playa del Ingles Beach has all the water sports you could wish for and a walk along the promenade will take you to the Sand Dunes in Maspalomas and onto Melonares were you will find designer shops and a selection of restaurants to suit every taste. Come out of the Bungelow Complex and go straight a few minutes and you are on the beach promenade and this will take you onto the Sand Dunes in Maspalomas, were you can take a Camel Ride if the mood takes you.

Playa Del Ingles is a very popular location for your holiday with lively nightlife, or a quite restaurant over looking the ocean. The weather is sunny all year round with lots of places of interest for the young and the old. This part of the Island is flat, unlike Puerto Rico which is hilly.

There is plenty of activities to keep you occupied such as the Water park (Aqua land), Holiday World, several golf courses with Campo Golf only 10 mins away by car. Or spend a day at Palmitos Parque that has over 230 different species of Tropical Birds and various other small animals and plants.

Jeep Safari, Mardi Gras (May), lots of shopping opportunities. Evening entertainment includes Garbo´s and also Sioux City.

No Children under 3 years as the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and there is no Baby Gates.

A returnable Security Deposit of £100 is charged, to cover any damage or breakage. This will be returned to you within 14 days after your holiday if all is as found in the Villa.

Playa Del Ingles is a very popular location for your holiday with lively nightlife, or a quiet restaurant over looking the ocean. The weather is sunny all year round with lots of places of interest for the young and the old. This part of the Island is flat.
Being VERY CENTRAL,The Villa has 2 SUPERMARKETS just across the road and 2 larger ones within a quick Taxi ride to San Fernando Shopping Centre (Bellavista,which also has a good Unisex Hairdressers,clothes shops & a great little place to buy freshly cooked hot chicken-to take away. Underground parking is also FREE here!),-PHARMACIES are also very nearby and plentiful along with car hire companies, a pizza hut and many other Restaurants,(A McDONALDS in central Playa,) & Bars etc

The Playa Del Ingles area

Spend a day in Las Palmas. Go and see Christopher Columbus house, (it is free) and also go to Catalina Square, as this is where a lot of the outside concerts are help. Or just take a stole along Canteras Beach; there is many Bars and Restaurants, Spanish style along the promenade and also a few souvenir shops.
Or go in the other direction and go to Mogan. A lovely little fishing village. A market if held every Friday and is very busy. Take the bus or the Water bus from Puerto Rico.

To Las Palmas Airport. Then a Taxi to Playa del Ingles from Airport.
Or Bus 66 marked Faro De Maspalomas, Get off at the Broncemar stop in Playa Del Ingles. Walk back the way the bus came to the complex (about 200 meters).

Or Car Hire self drive. Onto to motorway GC1, towards SUR (South) and come off junction 43, Playa del Ingles.

“Great little villa in an excellent location” Thoroughly enjoyed our break at this villa which was relatively close to the resort centre but was very peaceful and quiet most of the time. Ideal little development for families and very clean and well tended every day by the caretaker. Villa was great for our needs - compact and well appointed. Could maybe do with an oven in the kitchen only (microwave and hob only)
