A fabulous sea view, a beautifully refurbished apartment, ideally located to stroll to the beach of Playa Del Cura or take a coastal walk to the golden sands of Amadores beach. The apartment is set on the hillside of Playa Del Cura affording you a beautiful sea view by day and a stunning evening sunset across the blue waters.
The Monsenor apartments benefit from 3 swimming pools, one with a water slide.
With a spacious terrace you can choose to dine indoors or al fresco watching the sun set.
Ideally located for families or couples to appreciate the quiet location of Playa Del Cura or take a 5 minute taxi ride to the hustle and bustle of nearby Puerto Rico, with its many bars, restaurants, shops and varied night life.

The Gran Canaria region

Gran Canaria is called ''a continent in minature'' for the extremes in landscape and climate that may be found here.

Gran Canaria ia also the most well endowed of the islands for culture and history. In Las Palmas it has the most dynamic city of the Canary Islands, Maspalomas is one of the largest resort complexes in Europe and the inland scenery is grand beyond comparison.
Puerto Rico is the "Port of the Rich", with its beautiful beach and fabulous harbours.
The island beaches are the most beautiful, ranging from the sand dunes of Maspalomas to the crushed sea shells of Amadores.
Take a trip to "Little Venice" the port of Mogan, where you will find an original fishing village that has maintained its quaint beauty and array of bourganvillea that is spectacular.
With its abundance of variety there is something for everyone, history, culture, beaches, nightlife, good food, relaxation and year round sunshine!

Playa del Cura area

Playa Del Cura is a quiet, small resort that has it's own natural beach and small commercial centre with some good bars and restaurants for a quiet night.
If you like the more upbeat and hustle and bustle then make your way 5 minutes by taxi to the nearby town of Puerto Rico. Here you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife!
In between Puerto Rico and Playa Del Cura you will find the beautiful, golden sands of Amadores Beach. A fabulous place to spend the day into the early evening. Watch the sunset while enjoying a lovely meal in one of the many bar and restaurants.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a high standard making it a cut above the rest.
With a spacious terrace leading from both the living area and the bedroom, comfortable sofa and sea views, it makes for an ideal home away from home in which to relax and enjoy the tropical climates of Gran Canaria.
In the bedroom there is a double bed and plenty of closet space with a further double sofa bed in the living area.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a four ring hob, kettle, toaster, fridge and all utensils.
The living area has a TV, DVD, CD player and dining room table and 4 chairs, enabling you to choose to dine indoors or out.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and also houses the washing machine.

The complex has 3 swimming pools, 2 located directly below the apartment and the large pool at the top of the complex. The main pool also has a water slide for extra fun!
