Casa Catalina is a 3 bedroom 3.5 baths penthouse located in Natz Ti Ha condos in Playa del Carmen. 50 minute car ride south of Cancun international airport. Situated steps from bustling 5 Ave, near some of the best restaurants on 38 Street. The white sandy beach is only 80 meters from Casa Catalina.

The distinctive features of Natz Ti Ha are, low density buildings only 3 floors high, tall swaying palm trees, water fountains throughout the garden areas on grounds, white buildings with blue tiled roofs.

Comfortable living area, covered terrace area, equipped kitchen. Gas grill, A/C, ceiling fans, safety box.

This one of a kind penthouse and boast a privileged location just steps from the white sandy beach. Casa Catalina is full of natural light.

Guest half bath in hall area. Laundry room with side to side washer -dryer and linens closet. Kitchen is fitted with a two door refrigerator, electric cook top, breakfast bar, dining table. Kitchen has Corian countertops –cooktop is a downdraft. From the dining, kitchen, living area and terrace you have a partial view of the blue Caribbean sea.

Master bedroom: King bed has large en-suite bath with bath tub, separate shower, his and hers sink area plus linens closet.

Guest bedroom -1- Queen bed, closet, full bath with shower and double vanity.

Guest bedroom -2 - Two single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower.

Sleeping for max of 6 guest.

Natz Ti Ha provides guest with a common pool, lush gardens, gated parking, and 24 hour security. Roof top is accessed by side condo stairs. Only stairs no elevators, amazing ocean views from buildings rooftops.

Tulum and Akumal within 35 minute drive. Sports and activities near by: golf, fishing, diving, cave diving, Mayan ruins exploring. Supermarkets within 10 minute drive, hospitals 13 minute drive.
