This 3rd floor home offers a spacious living area, large fully equipped kitchen, dining for 4, and two bedrooms and two baths on the main floor. Upstairs via a private staircase, the private rooftop terrace offers the perfect place to relax, read, lounge in the sun or dine. The rooftop terrace is complete with Barbeque Weber grill, shower, and bathroom.

The master bedroom offers a King size bed, ensuite bath, large walk in closet with hand built closets, air conditioning, and small balcony. The second bedroom offers a King bed, a small balcony, air conditioning, large closet space, and a full bathroom.

Margaritas is located a quick 7 minute walk to the ocean, 5 minutes to 5th Avenue, and moments from shopping, and local restaurants. And if a quick dip in the pool is more to your liking enjoy a splash in the Margaritas pool surrounded by tropical gardens and green. This is the perfect location for a getaway to Playa.

The Yucatan Peninsula / Mayan Riviera region
