Casa Vista... stunning Ocean View!!! This home is located in the private residential subdivision, Playacar Phase I in Playa del Carmen. The home is just one empty lot from the sand and swimming of the Carribean Sea.

Polished marble tile throughout; this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath comfortably sleeps eight, and encourages entertaining, dining, and the finer luxuries of life.

Walk in and discover the hand-laid brick dome foyer, a wine tasting/entertainment room and a spacious OCEAN VIEW LIVING ROOM as you enter Casa Vista. Then, as you continue to explore the fine points of this beautiful Caribbean paradise, this tri-level home offers four bedrooms that are fully furnished with furniture hand-carved from local hardwoods. The Master Suite offers a King size bed, with dynamic ocean views, Second and Third Bedrooms offer each with queen size beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds, plenty of closet space and full size ensuites to accompany each.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances: Bosch stove/oven, LG side-by-side refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a 29-bottle, dual temperature Viking Wine cooler for housing favorite wines during your stay. The breakfast bar easily ties together the kitchen and the great room offering plenty of space for entertaining and relaxing with friends or watching the kids play, just steps away, on the beach.

Outside, the backyard offers a Viking barbeque, beautiful pool and dining palapa set against the ocean background for a dining event that will be sure to fill each of your senses. And, just when you thought that was all this paradise vacation home had to offer, the outside staircase leads to the to the rooftop solarium, offering sunset panoramic ocean views.

Casa Vista located just steps from ocean offers other conveniences such as having the facilities of The Reef Club (beach chairs, pool and towel service), or, for a daily fee guests can enjoy the all inclusive privileges, additionally, you are 7 minutes from golf and 5 minutes from 5th avenue shops, boutiques and dining. Cleaning service every second day, fresh bottled water and an American property manager will ensure a smooth vacation. You will be met by one of our Property Manager's staff on or shortly after your arrival at the Casa. They will help orient you and get you up to speed with the basic information required to kick start your holiday. As part of the included service, someone will be available to answer any questions, set up tours or give advice at any time during your stay. An optional in-house cook can also be arranged for an additional cost. Well equipped grocery stores are readily accessible to meet any food and drink requirements.
