The newly constructed Condominium Complex 'Aqua Terra' is located on 34th Street between 20th and 25th Avenue, only 3 short blocks from the famous pedestrian promenade Fifth Avenue and only a few blocks more from the white sandy beaches and turquoise colored Caribbean Sea, and the popular Mamita?s Beach Club. This newly developing residential area of downtown Playa del Carmen is a popular, quiet area where many Playa locals and tourists alike reside.

The unique and attractive complex has 30 luxury units in total. Enclosed between the two buildings is a beautiful swimming pool and lounge area with plenty of space for sun bathing and reading.

The Yucatan Peninsula / Mayan Riviera region
