About the home

This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment overlooks the pool in Compostela Beach 1. The complex has recently undergone a full refurbishment and is situated on the border of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, on the beautiful Playa Las Vistas Beach, within easy reach of amenities in both resorts. The complex has a large fresh water swimming pool with smaller adjoining children’s pool, 2 supermarkets and one restaurant which is open from early morning to late evening. It has a childrens club, grassed play area and sand pit as well as daily pool activities.

Wi-fi is available to purchase through reception.

To the side of the complex there are several bars and restaurants, as well as many more in the area, and some under complex shops with an internet cafe, 2x diving schools and a gym. There are many shopping centres in the area and across the road is the new Oasis and Safari shopping precincts.

The complex is ideal for couples and families alike and is wheelchair friendly.

Newly refurbished the complex has a secure large pool (1.4m deep), a smaller children's pool. Within the surrounding gardens is a children's play area with swings, slide, see-saw and a sand pit.. Leading from this are the restaurant and games area.

Deposit of £100 per week required on booking. An additional £50 bond which will be returned on safe receipt of the keys, and after inspection for damage etc.

The Tenerife region

Average temperatures of 70 degrees all year. Las Americas is vibrant with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.

Los Christianos has lots of designer boutiques, fantastic restaurants and traditional Spanish tavernas. Lots of places of interest such as Mount Teide and the capital Santa Cruz.

The Playa de Las Americas / Compostela I area

The area around Compostela 1 has been invested in heavily in recent years with several new shopping centres being built. A must see is the musical fountain opposite the Mare Nostrum Resort, great for both adults and kids.

For great days out locally try Las Aguilas (the eagle park) which has fantastic bird shows, and The Siam (water) park with its 3 metre wave pool. There is also Go Karting and Golf within 15 minutes drive and all have free transport.

If you wish to travel to the north of the island, the Loro Park is well worth a visit with its fantastic penguin show.
(You can buy twin tickets to Loro / Siam park at discounted rates).
