About the home

An attractive spacious one bedroom apartment on a now private and residential complex. There is a comfortable lounge with a large Sofa bed (that could sleep 3 children) English TV,DVD CD player. There is a dining table that seats 4.

One large bedroom with 2 single beds and double wardrobes. A brand new fully fitted bathroom with bath over head shower and houses the washing machine.

The new kitchen area which has 2 ring hob and a Mini Oven should you wish to cook and eat in,with all the
cooking utensils you require.The Living Area has Table and 4 chairs. A large sofa bed. DVD and CD player with many cds and DVDs.

The bedroom has 2 single beds large double wardrobe and bedside cabinet.The bedroom also has a electronic safe.

There are ceiling fans in both the living area and the bedroom and a standing fan also.The apartment has a electronic safe which is free of charge.

The apartment is very well equipped with lots of little extras ie basic First Aid kit, Needlework box (for all those burst buttons after visiting the many restaurants nearby!!!!!!).

The apartment is located on the first floor, and has a sun trapped balcony with sun loungers,table and chairs which overlooks the medium size pool. There is a sun Canopy should you require a little shade. This popular complex has three pools. The pool side bar opened in July2010 for snacks and drinks around the pool. This apartment really is home from home.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, which hosts the largest Water Theme park in Europe "SiamPark"
You can expect fantastic climate all year round.

A Trip to the Volcanic mountain "El Teide" must not be missed with its stunning views. There are many places to visit whatever your age.Monkey Park, Lorro Park, Aqua park and fantastic trips to see the Whales and Dolphins.

For those of you that like a bit of deep sea fishing there are many trips available. Water sports is plentiful on this island If you like walking there many beautiful sceneries to view. So if you are looking for a lazy holiday, sporty holiday action and fun holiday Tenerife is for you!!!!!!

The Playa de Las Americas / Torviscas area

The Aqua water park is only 10 mins walk away, and the new Siam water park is a 5 min free bus ride away This must not be missed. There is a local market on Thursday and Saturdays. The area has a 5 mile stretch of beach with promenade. There are excellent restaurants and night-life and San Eugenios shopping centre is only a five minute walk.

The local harbour of Porto Colon is a 8 minutes walk where you can enjoy day trips to see Whales and Dolfins. There are endless places and attractions to visit for all ages. Torviscas is an excellent place to stay as it is very close to everything you require for a great holiday!!!
