About the home

Villamar is right on the beach in a quiet residential complex ideal for a peaceful holiday, with numerous restaurants and bars close by. The harbour is five minutes walk for boat trips, and a golden sand beach is also close by. There is a large supermarket five minutes walk away in a excellent location in Las Americas.

The apartment has one of the best views in Las Americas, the balcony has a table and chairs and sun lounge.
The lounge has a 3 seater sofa that pulls out into a king size bed with mattress, and chair and a dining table that seats 4 people, and tv and large unit. The bedroom area has 2 single beds chest of draws, bedside cabinet and wardrobes. The kitchen is fully modernized and the bathroom has a massage shower and washing machine.

The Tenerife region

Ideal location for families with the weather excellent all year round. Tenerife has some fantastic beaches where you can relax and sunbathe, or swim in the sea and enjoy various water sports on offer. You can take boat trips to some of the other islands, or stay rooted in beautiful Tenerife enjoying the lively night life, inland scenery and great food.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio area

There is Siam Park that you can visit, an excellent new water park and Aqua Park with dolphins. There is a travel and exchange shop underneath our complex which offers excellent rates for all excursions so that you can make the most of all that the island has to offer.

Fly to Tenerife South - the airport is only 15 minutes to the apartment and should cost around 20 euros and there are numerous taxis outside the airport or you can hire a car some companies let you collect at the airport and drop off in Las Americas
Monach and easyjet fly there everyday of the week between and are very reasonable
