Duplex apartment with sea and pool views on the popular Parque Santiago. The apartment is on two levels with bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, the bedroom is galleried so the apartment is only suitable for couples and children not two couples.
The accommodation is situated in of the most sought after complexes in Tenerife between Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos. Parque Santiago III has beautiful tropical gardens, swimming pools, lovely water park, sun terraces, restaurant and shopping centres.
The complex is very popular with families being located right on the beach with the centres of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos only a pleasant 10 min walk away along a seafront promenade shaded by palm trees.

Booking deposit (50%) is payable by cheque or bank transfer within seven days of reserving the Villa. The balance due is payable by cheque or bank transfer 1 month prior to departure date.
Change over day is flexible. Keys of apartment will be available from Management Company. Information leaflet will be emailed at least two weeks before departure date.
The Tenerife region
Tenerife and golf South Tenerife is a golfer's paradise, with four top-quality courses at Golf del Sur, Amarilla Golf, Playa de las Americas and Adeje - and more are in the pipeline!
For non-golfers, you can choose to visit the tourist towns of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas for boat trips, the aqua park and the skypark (full of bungee jumps - definitely NOT for the faint hearted!).
Rent a car and the whole of the beautiful island is available for you - a visit to Mount Teide is a must, and you can enjoy take in the beautiful north coast with a visit to the Loro Parque.
The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 3 area
Parque Santiago III lies at the eastern end of Playa de las Americas,15 minutes from the international airport, occupying a sea front position on the east side of Playa de las Americas. Parque Santiago is a modern and well designed complex.
The area over recent years has blossomed to become one of the islands most popular resorts. There are 2 large salt water pools (one heated) covering an area 1800 sq. metres. Children are most welcome and there are well equipped play areas including a table tennis facility not forgetting the magnificent water park in the complex for the children with some water slides and other features that you would find in a water park.For the adults there is also a gym and a pool bar and a beach within 25m.
There is an excellent choice of restaurants within the complexes, which are situated on the sea front right by the beach. Mini-golf at Parque Santiago 5, two excellent supermarkets and shopping mall. Ideal for families, couples or just groups of friends.
A complete shopping mall is located near to the Villas, with over 160 shops, where you will find all the leading labels and an extensive and varied range of both Spanish and international goods at highly competitive prices: jewellery, perfumes, cosmetics, handicrafts, clothes, electronic and photographic goods etc. Everything you need, without having to leave the complex.
A pleasant stroll along the promenade will bring you to Los Cristianos with its' quaint harbour and intimate restaurants and where you can also catch the ferry to the island of La Gomera. Other Activities Banana Boat / Pedal Boats / Jet Skis /Mini Golf/Paragliding.

Stayed in this apartment for three weeks in Jan 2013,The apartment is well equipped ,ie washing machine, kitchen utensils etc. The best location we have found in Playa Las Americas,with easy to access to some of the best bars and restaurants, and the beach of Playa Las Vistas is just around the corner.The pools at the complex are clean and well maintained, with plenty of sunloungers (you don't have to put your towels out at 7 in the morning, but some idiots do). Enjoyed it that much we have booked it for Jan 2014 |
