Sunny south facing apartment located quiet yet central in Playa de las Americas overlooking "Siam Park", Tenerife South. For mature adults only, no children no pets, quiet and well kept complex. Spacious 48sqm larger than average studio. Situated in a quiet residential area. Only 5 minute walk to all facilities. Heated swimming pool,
Free laundry room, gymnasium, bar, dining area and British TV, Free Internet and use of computers.

This complex is an adult only complex from the month of October through to April, families are welcome from May to August.

This spacious studio has a separate kitchen area with hob & extractor fan, 2 electric rings, fridge, microwave, toaster,kettle and all cooking utensils. The bathroom is fully tiled with WC, bidet,bath/shower.The sleeping area has 2 full sized single beds, bed side cabinets and plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge has a sofa bed. British TV, dining table & chairs with patio doors leading onto balcony which has a table and 2 chairs overlooking the pool.

The complex has a bar & dining area with flat screen TV, gymnasium, internet facilities laundry room, all year round heated swimming pool, large jacuzzi, well kept gardens.

English speaking staff to assist with any thing you may need. This is a complex for mature adults only , so sorry no children permitted.

Families with children are welcome from the months of April to August.
