Further details indoors: The front entrance of the property opens into a lobby with stairs to the upper and lower levels. To the left of the lobby is a double bedroom with twin beds, en suite shower room and separate toilet. A door from this room leads directly to the upper private sun terrace. On the lower level of the property is a second double bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower room. The living room, dining area and kitchen are also at this level. Patio doors from the living room lead to a small private terrace with gate access to the community pool and sunbathing area. The third double bedroom is on the upper level with adjoining bathroom. This room is also equipped with two single beds. Patio windows lead directly to the upper private sun terrace.
Further details outdoors: The complex consists of approximately 30 villas set around a community pool, sunbathing area and well kept gardens. Directly outside the complex are bars, restaurants and well stocked supermarkets. A taxi rank is situated to the front of the complex. Beaches are just a five minute walk away leading to the Puerto Colon marina where water sport facilities and boat trips to see the whales and dolphins can be arranged.
