Home description
This apartment is set on a 3 star apart hotel and is only 500m from the marina at Puerto Colon. It has stunning views over the sea. The balcony gets the sun from mid-day until sunset where you can sit on the balcony and watch it set over Lagomera.
My apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the Marina at Porto Colon and 3 minutes to the wonderful sandy beach at La Pinta. The area of San Eugene is at the quite end of Las Americas were you will find it ideal for families and couples there are lots of shops, restaurants, chemists and a large supermarket all within 3 min walk from the apartment. The apartment complex is NOT for the young who are out to party it is a lovely quite complex who do not tolerate noise and loutish behaviour.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary islands we are in the the south of the island which has sunshine almost 365 days of the year. There are lots of things to see and do in Tenerife from going to the top of Mount Tiede which is a national park or taking the kids to Loro Park where you can see one of the best collections of parrots at this fantastic zoo.
Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Puerto Colon area
San Eugenio area of Las Americas is the perfect area for families to enjoy. You will find the wonderful safe sandy beach at La Pinta only a short distance from the apartment see aerial photo, there is a brand new water park which is within walking distance from the apartment. The park opened in 2008 and is called Siam Park, it is owned and operated by the owners of Loro Parque and is one of the best in the world!!!
At night you have so many choices of good quality restaurants and entertainment bars within walking distance or why not take a short taxi ride to the various other venues in the Safari centre where you will find excellent eateries such as The Monkey Bar and Grill.
How to get there
Daily flights from most U.k and Irish airports arrive in Tenerife with low cost airlines A taxi from the airport to the apartment will cost around 25 Euro and take less than 15minutes

Fantastic location and complex we had our young baby with us and this was a great place to come many great nights on the balcony with a bottle of wine!!! Complex is lovely and relaxing and peaceful right on the front.
