About the home

Recently refurbished to a very high standard, located on the first floor but very accessible. For those of you who are familiar with Parque Santiago III it overlooks the bandstand which has recently been converted to the gym. The studio comes fully equipped to help you have a most enjoyable and comfortable stay. The lounge has a comfortable seating area with a TV with satellite and DVD. The large balcony benefits from sunshine all day and has ample seating for 4 diners.

Parque Santiago III is located adjacent to the prestigious Safari shopping centre which also boasts a wide selection of restaurants and cafes. A well stocked supermarket is conveniently directly across the road.
This outstanding setting has easy access to all types of facilities: casino, sports facilities, shopping centres, fine restaurants, up-market bars and nightlife. A promenade, sandy and natural beaches are immediately to the rear of Parque Santiago III which itself boasts two large swimming pool (one heated), pool bar, cafe and gymnasium for guest use. The lovely gardens offer ideal areas to relax in the sun or shade during the day.
The location is suitable for walking towards either Los Cristianos or Fanabe with flat sea front promenades.
A free bus service is available to the local water park and it is just a short taxi or free bus trip to the newly opened Siam Park.

A short bus or taxi journey to Aqualand water park and the newly opened Siam water park. A 5 min drive to the port of Los Cristianos to take a ferry to visit the beautiful Island of Gomera.

The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 3 area

This is the perfect location if you are a golfer and you can benefit from the reduced green fees in the summer months. Near by you will find mini golf prestigeous shopping and dining area and the Theatre.
Los Cristianos is a popular fishing port where frequent ferries will take you to the neighbouring island of La Gomera where tropical rain forests grow in abundance. Also take a trip up to Mount Teide and marvel at the stunning scenery. Enjoy 365 days of sunshine at this beautiful complex
