Refurbished semi detached villa with 2 bedrooms and large private terrace and pool, in quiet location. Sleeps 5. Close to Siam park. It has been fully refurbished and recently furnished to a high standard throughout. The owners have included very stylish furniture.

The kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board.

This beautiful semi detached villa is situated on 2 levels. It has been fully refurbished and recently furnished to a high standard throughout. The owners have included very stylish furniture.

The kitchen includes washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board.

The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 sofas and a beautiful dining table and chairs that seats 4. This room also has satellite TV which includes some sky channels, a DVD player, ceiling fan and patio doors that lead on to the terrace area.

Both bedrooms are on the upper level and have ceiling fans and large fitted wardrobes, the main bedroom has a small balcony with stunning sea views.

The private pool is surrounded by a large terrace with 4 sunbeds with mattresses and table and chairs for 4 there is also an outside shower and BBQ there for your enjoyment. There are splendid views of sea and mountains from the terrace.

The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower. Private Parking.

For the 5th person a Z bed will be arranged.

The private pool 16 x 10 feet is set on its own private large terrace with patio furniture, sun beds and BBQ. There is also a private parking area next to the villa.

We except an any day bookings on this villa for any duration of time.

In order to book this accommodation we do require a deposit of £100 per week. The deposit can be paid by a UK cheque sent to an UK address or paid directly into a UK bank account. For those wishing to pay in euros, you can pay directly into a euro account. Full details of addresses and bank account details will be emailed to you when you confirm you want to book..

As you will be greeted on arrival you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques at the property. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine.However you can pay eight weeks before your arrival date if that suits by one of the above methods.

Once a deposit has been received will confirm the booking with you by email and alter our online calender.

For all school half term and Easter weeks please add an additional £50 per week

Conditions

Deposit of £100 is required. Either post a cheque to our UK address or pay funds directly into our Barclays or HSBC account. We also have a euro account for those outside of the UK. Pay 8 weeks before your stay or cash/travellers cheques on arrival.


There is also a comprehensive book of notes situated in the lounge that is packed with information concerning the villa, the surrounding area and indeed Tenerife itself. This book also contains emergency phone numbers.

We also have a full comprehensive information pack concerning all the excursion trips, theme parks, etc that this beautiful island has to offer. You can even book your trips through us and we will offer you our discount. Further still we offer free advise and deliver your tickets to the villa at no extra cost.

Villa Montana as this property is known is situated just a 10 minute walk to shops, bars, resturants etc and is based on the edge of Las Americas and only 400 metres from the fantastic Siam Park. Within a 10 minute walk is a large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc.

Everything that you need in this busy area is a 10/15 minute walk. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. The beach is about a 15 minute walk.
