About the home

This semi detached unusual property is situated on a complex in the heart of Las Americas only 400 metres from the beach. The Villa has for your outside living a private terrace which has a small garden, sun lounger’s, patio furniture and BBQ. Also situated on this complex is a large pool (heated during winter) with pool bar.

This villa which resembles a traditional townhouse is on 3 levels and has fans in most rooms. 1st floor consists of 2 double bedrooms. The huge master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area and en suite with large walk in shower. The other double bedroom has double bed and balcony with table and chairs. There is also a bathroom on this floor.

The ground floor has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge, microwave. Also on this level is another double bedroom, bathroom with WC. There is also a large split level lounge/diner which consists of a table and chairs for 6, sofas and chairs, TV with DVD, BBC 1 & 2 ,ITV, C 4 & C5 & 2 movies channels and patio doors leading to the garden.. On basement level are 3 other twin bedrooms, shower room and games room with a pool table (games are free of charge). There is a safe at the property.

We except an any day bookings on this villa for any duration of time.

In order to book this accommodation we do require a deposit of £180 per week. The deposit can be paid by a UK cheque sent to an UK address or paid directly into a UK bank account. For those wishing to pay in euros, you can pay directly into a euro account. Full details of addresses and bank account details will be emailed to you when you confirm you want to book..

As you will be greeted on arrival you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques at the property. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine.However you can pay eight weeks before your arrival date if that suits by one of the above methods.

Once a deposit has been received will confirm the booking with you by email and alter our online calender.

For all school half term and Easter weeks please add an additional £100 per week

The Playa de Las Americas / Central Playa de Las Americas area

This villa is situated on the very popular complex of Paraiso Royal, which is based in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 metres from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc.

Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. Communal pool is heated during the months of October through to May. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. Also there is a large number of sun lounger’s for your enjoyment.
