Villa Maribel is situated in the up market area of San Eugenio and is a short walk to all amenities, bars, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, marina, beach and watersports.

The villa boasts a large private pool and sunbathing terrace complete with outside kitchen, barbecue and dining area, ideal for alfresco dining, parties or just relaxing and enjoying the magnificent ocean views

Beautifully landscaped gardens surround the property, with various terraces around the 8m x 4m swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers and seating.

The villa has outside dining tables to seat 10, a large built in barbecue and kitchen complete with fridge next to a shaded dining area overlooking the views of Torviscus and out towards the ocean.

There is an outdoor shower area and utility room with washing machine and an outdoor area for drying washing.

Guests will be met on arrival by an English speaking representative who will be available should you have any queries or problems.

Towels and linen are included in the weekly rental. If villa is rented for more than a week then a weekly linen change is included free. An option for cleaning during your stay can be arranged with the management company.

Please take plug adaptors with you.

Insurance - it is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance.

Conditions

Payment Terms - 20% deposit is payable to secure the booking, the villa will be reserved for 5 days to allow receipt of the deposit.
Full payment must be completed eight weeks prior to arrival date, (or at time of booking is this date has passed).

Cancellation Refunds
Deposits are non refundable
6-8 weeks - 50% of total rate refunded
4-6 weeks - 25% of total rate refunded
Less than four weeks - no refund

Arrival and departure times
The villa is generally ready after 2pm on the day of arrival and you are required to vacate the villa at 10am on the morning of departure.

Security Bond
There is a £300 bond that will need to be paid prior to the holiday, this will be refunded after departure following confirmation there are no breakages or damage.

The Tenerife region

The largest of the Canary Islands, Tenerife is one of the most beautiful and offers sunshine all year round.

The area of San Eugenio is centrally situated and from the beach it is just a ten minute walk to Torviscus and then Fanabe or a 15-20 minute walk in the other direction to Los Cristianos.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Alto area

Villa Maribel is a large detached villa situated in a quiet location, however it is a short distance to many attractions. Puerto Colon nestles on the shore just below San Eugenio boasting a selection of restaurants, entertainment, fishing and boat trips, water sports all within 10 minutes walk.

The new Siam Park is just five minutes walk away, where you can discover the adventures in the water kingdom and feel the adrenalin rush of the wildest slides, or simply chill out and relax.

A short walk in the opposite direction will bring you all the fun and excitement of Tenerife's Aqua Park with daily showing of the spectacular dolphin show.

Booking

When you book the property you should return the completed booking form together with you deposit payment, unless the deposit has already been paid into the bank in which case please return the completed booking form only.

The villa is not considered booked until the payment has been received.

Arrival and Departure times:

The villa is generally ready for you after 2pm on the day of your arrival and you are required to vacate the villa by 10am on the morning of your departure. We will due our best to accomodate your arrival and departure times where possible.
