The Tenerife region
The largest of the Canary Islands, Tenerife is one of the most beautiful and offers sunshine all year round.
The area of San Eugenio is centrally situated and from the beach it is just a ten minute walk to Torviscus and then Fanabe or a 15-20 minute walk in the other direction to Los Cristianos.
Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Alto area
Villa Maribel is a large detached villa situated in a quiet location, however it is a short distance to many attractions. Puerto Colon nestles on the shore just below San Eugenio boasting a selection of restaurants, entertainment, fishing and boat trips, water sports all within 10 minutes walk.
The new Siam Park is just five minutes walk away, where you can discover the adventures in the water kingdom and feel the adrenalin rush of the wildest slides, or simply chill out and relax.
A short walk in the opposite direction will bring you all the fun and excitement of Tenerife's Aqua Park with daily showing of the spectacular dolphin show.

Guests will be met on arrival by an English speaking representative who will be available should you have any queries or problems.
Towels and linen are included in the weekly rental. If villa is rented for more than a week then a weekly linen change is included free. An option for cleaning during your stay can be arranged with the management company.
Insurance - it is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance.
Conditions
Payment Terms - 20% deposit is payable to secure the booking, the villa will be reserved for 5 days to allow receipt of the deposit. Full payment must be completed eight weeks prior to arrival date, (or at time of booking is this date has passed).
Cancellation Refunds Deposits are non refundable 6-8 weeks - 50% of total rate refunded 4-6 weeks - 25% of total rate refunded Less than four weeks - no refund
Arrival and departure times The villa is generally ready after 2pm on the day of arrival and you are required to vacate the villa at 10am on the morning of departure.
Security Bond There is a £300 bond that will need to be paid prior to the holiday, this will be refunded after departure following confirmation there are no breakages or damage.
