This one bedroom apartment is located in Playa de Las Americas.
The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and gets the sun about 12 noon till late evening. It's great to sit out on the balcony, relax, watching the world go by.
The complex is ideal for a singles or family holidays and the pool is great fun for the kids and adults, as it runs right round the complex in a river effect with waterfalls.
The apartment is situated only 10 minutes walk from the beach and a host of other attractions. Just a short walk you have bars restaurants which account for every taste from Chinese to Indian, steak houses and traditional Spanish .
So if your looking for a quiet, relaxed holiday or an action packed adventure why not stay at Las Floritas and have the best of both worlds.

This is a very well equipped apartment.
The bedroom has two single bed with bed side table, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table and wall mounted mirror. Ceiling fan have been fitted to help keep you cool on warm evenings.
The very spacious Bathroom is situated at the rear of the apartment, this has been recently refurbished with a walk in shower.
Kitchen facilities include oven, two ring hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Lounge/dinner has a table with four chairs, sofa bed with a matching chair and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on then warm days and evening.
Other facilities include:
TV, DVD player and sky TV is available also english channels BBC1, 2 ,ITV ,CHANNEL 4 & 5
Iron, Ironing board, use of travel cot on request.
Also there is a safe in the apartment that you can rent for £20 a week

Further details outdoors:
The balcony is now fitted with a new lockable gate for extra privacy and safety for your children.
The balcony also overlooks the pool area where there is a pool bar, two pool tables.
The complex offers a mini supermarket, snack bar/restaurant, Internet access and a spacious reception area. Information leftets on local attractions are available in reception.

Further details

The apartment is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. A charge may be made for staying after 11am.
If you would like to stay later due to flight times please make enquiries when booking.

Conditions

No animals.
Keys must be returned within 7days of returning home.
Refundable security deposit of £50 per Booking is charged to cover loss and none return of keys.
Alternative rates do apply for groups under the age of 21 please contact the owner. Damage costing over the total key money will be charged accordingly.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has long been a magnet for those seeking year round sun. The climate in the south is particularly magnificent. It is possible to swim and sunbathe all through the winter months, with daytime temperatures ranging from 25-37degrees.

Tenerife continues to attract more and more people every year. Some will be experiencing the island for the 1st time, but a remarkably high percentage will return over and over. A greater number of people return to Tenerife than any other tourist destination in Europe.

There is so much to do in tenerife from water sports to boat trips to see the whale & dolphins to go karting, to taking a trip to mount Teide which is a must or go and see the fantastic loro parque to see the gorillas, penguins and see the largest collection of parrots in the world.

The loro parque, water park and the jungle park which has the white tiger all have a free bus service.

The Playa de Las Americas area

There are a wide range of parks to visit.

Water park with the amazing slides , or spend the day at the jungle park and see the lovely white tiger and see some of the other fantastic animals & the birds of prey show, or take a visit to the loro parque where you can see the amazing dolphin and sea lion shows plus much more. If all that is not your seen then take a relaxing boat trip to see the whales and dolphins in the wild. A must trip is a visit to the volcanic mount Teide
Or if all that sounds to much why not just relax round the pool or on the beach and soak up the sun.

Fly to Reina Sofia - Tenerife South then either drive (hired car) or take a taxi, which will only take 15mins to the complex.
I can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport and be taken to the complex. To save you waiting for taxis. The price for this service is 25 euros.

“Fabulous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” We came to stay here again this year in March,been here x2 before. Love the place and the apartment!!!! Sun from 11am until it sets at night,which is great. The apartment is spacious and very clean. Daughter Victoria and 3 of her friends are going back in June. Night life around is in easy reach for youngsters and bars and restaurants too. Our pick up service is also brilliant!!!!!! Would recommend the apartment to friends and family and will be using it again ourselves.
