The spacious property has not only wonderful balconies & terraces but a fabulous private walled garden which is totally secure for children & now with a secure gate giving easy direct access to the beach.
THE VIEWS are spectacular & many of them - to the left you can see the coastline to Los Christianos & beyond, to the right the neighbouring island of Gomera, ahead a totally unrivalled view of the beach & sea and, from the side of the villa, the view of the mountains including the snowcapped (in winter) famous volcano - Mount Teide.

THE VILLA comprises of 4 good sized modern bedrooms, all en-suite and one of them having a fabulous full bathroom with both a shower enclosure & a bath. Electric remote controlled ceiling fans are in each bedroom.
Downstairs there is a large modern open plan lounge / dining area that leads out through patio doors onto sun terraces which are surrounded by the garden - ideal for dining "al fresco" .
The interior of this Villa is finished to a very high standard & includes leather sofas, modern furnishings, a 46" LCD wall mounted flat screen TV & DVD player, safe & electric ceiling fans throughout.
There is a good-sized, modern & very well equipped kitchen with a USA fridge/freezer + icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, hob & oven & a separate utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.
Also downstairs there is a large bedroom with twin beds usually put together & a new bright en-suite comprising of a corner shower enclosure, hand basin with vanity unit, WC & bidet. There are patio doors from this bedroom which lead onto another covered veranda & the garden beyond.
Upstairs are the rest of the bedrooms - One with twin beds usually put together, a new en-suite shower room with large shower enclosure, hand basin with vanity unit & WC. Large patio doors lead from this bedroom onto a very large balcony (ideal for watching the world go by or getting a peaceful 5 minutes away from the family!). Another twin bedded room (beds usually together) with patio doors has a lovely balcony with a retractable canopy & a roomy new en-suite with very large shower enclosure, hand basin with vanity unit, WC & bidet.
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds & a fabulous new spacious bathroom en-suite with bath, hand basin with vanity unit, WC, bidet & an additional shower enclosure. Each room should have a hairdryer.
The walled garden is very secure for roaming kiddies and has a large retractable canopy to provide adaquate shade over some of the area. There are ample sunbeds provided in the garden & under the pergola is a large outdoor table & chairs for dining out or sipping those pre-dinner cocktails!
A secure gate leads from the garden for easy direct access to the beach & pedestrian promenade.
The balconies & verandas are where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual Villa.

PARQUE SANTIAGO 3 is situated on the sea front & our Villa is right at the front of the complex overlooking the palm tree lined walkway & the soft, white sandy beach - which is kept to a very high standard.
Sunbeds, sunshades & various watersports are all available to hire on the beach & the sea is clean & safe with a gradual slope into it.
The pedestrian promenade takes you for a lovely stroll in both directions along the coastline either to Los Christianos (a pleasant 15mins. stroll) or to Las Americas & beyond. In both directions there is plenty to see & enough "watering holes" if required !!! The walkway in the evening is very peaceful.
The extremely attractive complex has beautiful landscaped tropical gardens & is well known for it's splendid large swimming pools (1 being heated) & now also with the addition of a jacuzzi within its well maintained sun terraces --- all of which provide a tranquil & romantic setting in the evening.
As well as the lake-like swimming pools, there are plenty of amenities here: numerous shops (many duty free), restaurants of all kinds (with their own home-made ice-cream), bars, supermarket (with its own bakery), laundry, hairdressers to name but a few.
There is a SUPERB kiddies mini water park & play area, pool tables, table tennis, football tables & mini-golf behind the well stocked supermarket.
Also there is a new state of the art Gym (free) with massage & various treatments available (charged).
The popular pool restaurant does a very good, inexpensive breakfast & lunch - converting well into a lovely, appealing restaurant in the evening. The whole complex & its surrounding areas at night are peaceful, quiet & safe.
If you fancy a bit of pampering "The Mare Nostrum Resort" next door has a spa & treatment facilities.
In the receptions on both Parque Santiago III & IV, there are internet & computers available to use at a small charge although WIFI is free if you have your own laptop.
As many regular visitors will know, once you have been to Parque Santiago 3 or 4, few other complexes can match its quality, location & value.
Conditions
Changeover day is flexable but Friday to friday is preferred.
Day of departure to vacate by 10am.
Day of arrival 16.00hrs but bags can be dropped off.
Linen & bathroom towels are provided but are to be kept in the Villa.
Beach towels are also available, although we do ask you to please wash/dry them at the end of your stay if they are used. This facility is there to save you bringing them with you.
We have a weekly linen / cleaning service. If you require more it can be arranged privately with our management team with prior notice.

The Tenerife region
There is plenty to do in Tenerife in all seasons as all leisure activities can be enjoyed 365 days a year due to its sunny climate & its very pleasant temperatures.
Sporting facilities close by are fishing, scuba diving, whale & dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, waterskiing, windsurfing, swimming, paragliding, tennis, roller blading, jogging, walking & golfing.
The aquapark, adventure parks / zoo are within easy access.
There are plenty of golf courses to choose from, most of which are within a short taxi drive except for 2 that are up in the north of the island which are approx. one hours drive away.
There's also another course on the island of La Gomera where you can catch a ferry to daily from Los Christianos (approx. half an hour crossing)
The Playa de Las Americas / Parque Santiago 3 area
Los Christianos is a popular fishing port which has lots of shops, restaurants & local markets.
Frequent ferries go over from there to the neighbouring island of "La Gomera".
Other day trips to various places can be arranged from the port.
Parque Santiago 3, 4 & 5 is a top quality area with so much to do you don't have to move so very far at all.
There are plenty of amenities here: numerous shops (many duty free), supermarkets (with its own bakery in the larger one), laundry & dry cleaners (if required), hairdressers, restaurants of all kinds (many with their own home-made ice-cream) & bars to name just a few!
The excellant new children's mini water park & play area can be used by guests on Parque Santiago 3 & 4, as can the table tennis, pool tables, jacuzzi & the new state of the art Gym (free) with massage & various treatment facilities (charged) & the internet & computer facilities are at both reception areas - wifi free if you have your own laptop / Ipad.
On the smaller Parque Santiago V by the large supermarket is a lovely mini golf course to enjoy.
If you fancy a bit of pampering the "Mare Nostrum Resort" next door but one, has a spa with treatment facilities you can book into & don't miss the musical water fountains opposite which are a joy to see especially from "Harry's Bar" above, where you can sip away at an exotic cocktail while watching them.
The restaurants in the Parque Santiago area are plentiful & very popular especially around the fountain area upstairs by "Harry's" bar.
At midnight the area becomes much quieter for the consideration of all guests but, if you wish to continue on, just a short stroll away, there are bars which stay open a while longer & if you are a real "party animal" then wander down to the heart of Playa de las Americas!

Fly to Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia airport - Parque Santiago III is approx 15 kms from the airport which is around a 20mins taxi drive - approx. €20. There are plenty of taxis at the airport.
Some of the available flights are Monarch (daily), Thomson Flights & First Choice amongst many from the UK.
Aer Lingus (Tues, Sat) from Dublin, Ireland.
From the northern airport, which is less used, is an approximate 1hr journey to Parque Santiago III.
Plenty of car hires are available, C.I.cars (Canary Island Cars) & Niza car hire are just 2 of them. Tip - if you are going to hire a car do it from the airport as it saves the taxi fare there & back from the Villa.
There are always local taxis available around the Parque Santiago III & IV complexes that are reasonably priced.
