This fantastic, two bedroom, luxury apartment is located in central Playa de las Americas. It has a balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and is ideal for a singles or a family holiday. The apartment is situated only 10 minutes walk from the beach and a host of other attractions. Located just a short walk away you have restaurants which account for every taste from Chinese to Indian, steak houses and traditional Spanish and a whole selection of bars soul, traditional Irish, karoake and many more.
A whole host of excursions are available and within 10 minutes walk you are on the beach, where you can lounge in the sun or take part in numerous water sports. if you just want to walk along the beach front you can head for Los Cristianos, which was once an old fishing port. Here you can take trips to see the whales and dolphins or you can charter your own boat and cruise at your leisure. For the more adventurous, try a hike up Mount Teide or take the cable car up to the summit. This old volcano, which has been dormant for many hundreds of years, is a huge attraction for all visitors to the island and on a clear day you can see right across the island. Other activities in the area include cycling, diving, fishing golf, sailing, surfing, swimming, walking, water skiing and wind-surfing.
The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor and has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double room and the other has 2 single beds. There is also a living room with a sofa bed and seating for 4 people, as well as a TV, audio tape player, radio and stereo system. The dining area can seat 6 people. The kitchen has a 4 ring stove and oven, freezer, fridge, grill, hob and microwave. The apartment has one bathroom. Outside there is a balcony with 4 beach chairs. All linen and towels are provided.

Tenerife has long been a magnet for those seeking year round sun. The climate in the south west is particularly magnificent. It is possible to swim and sunbathe all through the winter months, with daytime temperatures ranging from 20-30 degrees.
Tenerife continues to attract more and more people every year. Some will be experiencing the island for the 1st time, but a remarkably high percentage will return over and over. A greater number of people return to Tenerife than any other tourist destination in Europe.
Playa de Las Americas area
Las Americas is one of the most varied and attractive resorts in the world. It has such a large choice of pastimes and miles of beaches that it appeals to holiday makers from all over Europe. There are exclusive new shopping centres, as in the San Eugenio District and around Puerto Colon. Water sports and beach club entertainment for children and adults are on offer at the sea. Major theme parks include the Sky Park and the large and impressive Aqua Park. The nightlife is the liveliest on the island, with a casino and most clubs staying open until the small hours. One of the most popular night club destinations is Veronicas. The whole complex is dedicated to nightlife. It opens at 10pm every night. All music tastes are catered for, as well as an excellent variety of young rock bands and live music from 1am till late. At various other venues in the South of the island, you will find everything from Spanish Dance Shows, Magic Shows and Medieval nights to dedicated jazz programs. A must is Harleys Bar where you can enjoy a wide variety of cocktails or a meal while enjoying the excellent live music.
