About the home

Club Atlantis sits prominently above Puerto Colon Marina and the pretty Geranium Walkway, and is one of the best if not the best aparthotel in Tenerife being part of the respected Hovima Hotel chain.

Club Atlantis has an elite following, most enquiries and bookings I receive come from people who have been returning there every year (for 20 years in some cases!) The aparthotel is built in an L shape with apartments facing in 3 different directions. One section faces sideways on to the sea looking over the Panorama Complex next door, and towards the centre of Las Americas and Los Cristianos, another elevation has the Del Duque view which is fabulous but this side gets very little sun (if any at all at certain times of the year), and the best ones face directly onto the sea. There are also bungalows on Club Atlantis, which tend to have limited views and many look onto the row in front. Our top floor apartment is in the main aparthotel building and commands one of the best positions on this immaculately kept complex, being one of only a select few on Club Atlantis which face directly onto the sea, perfectly positioned for all day sun and the 180 degree views are simply breathtaking. And you dont need to go onto the balcony to see this spectacular scene, as the view dominates from the Kitchen, Dining Area and Lounge - in fact the view encaptures you from the moment you walk into the apartment!

From its top floor position the view from the bedroom of the distant mountains including Teide is equally spectacular, and one cannot fail to be truly impressed by this very special apartment.

The apartment also overlooks the fabulous freeform pool area (with adjustable-back sunbeds - ideal for reading) whilst being high enough up to eliminate any pool noise which can be a nuisance on a lower floor. Neither do you have the irritation of someone walking around in high heels or the annoying dragging of furniture on the floor above you!

Just when you think it cant get any better, sit back in the evening with a nice glass of wine and watch the incredible sun set behind the distant island of La Gomera.

Club Atlantis has few facilities for children and is best suited to couples who appreciate the finer things in life. The apartment benefits from Satellite TV (inc BBC1, ITV, etc) so you dont have to miss your favourite soaps!

Beautiful newly fitted/tiled kitchen with ceramic hob. Please note there is no oven.

Please note there are twin beds in the bedroom, which are made up as one bed - making a superking size. However, if required they can be made up as separate beds.

Bedlinen and Bathroom Towels are included.

Balcony has dining table and chairs plus 2 sunloungers with lift-up backs and cushions. There is a wind-out sun canopy to provide shade from the sun.

The apartment sleeps up to 2 people. However, in the months of July and August only we will accept up to 4 occupants (using sofa and 1 put-u-up bed), when an additional charge of £25 per person per week will apply. We regret no children under the age of 7 years.

For stays of 10 days or more, we will come in to exchange the linen half-way through your stay. However, where this falls on changeover day, (due to heavy workloads on changeover days), we will come in the day before.

The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival If you require a cleaning service during your stay, this can be arranged at extra cost.

Upon arrival the apartment will be ready by 4.00pm. In order to prepare the apartment for the next guests, we kindly ask guests to vacate the apartment by 10.00am.

Conditions

A £100 refundable breakages deposit is required (cheques will be cashed then refunded within approx 2 weeks of guests satisfactorily vacating apartment). This is to try and ensure that renters will take care of the property, which keeps it nice for everyone!
Guests are requested not to smoke inside the apartment.

Please check the availability calendar before enquiring as if it shows booked it is booked. Provisional bookings will not show as booked until confirmed with a deposit.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife has a wonderfully sunny warm climate all year-round. There is a wide variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment nearby to cater for every taste.

The Playa de Las Americas / San Eugenio Puerto Colon area

There are lots of places to visit and things to do, with many organised trips available.
For the energetic among you there is a lovely beachside promenade/walkway to Los Christianos in one direction, and Del Duque in the other which is a particularly nice walk.

Many flight operators fly to Reina Sofia, Tenerife from all UK Airports, so there is always plenty of availability. Puerto Colon is approx ten minutes from the Airport and a taxi will cost approx 20 Euros.

“Top quality apartment in great loacation with stunning views” I have used the Club Atlantis on three previous occasions and in terms of the views apartment 411 ( penthouse) is without doubt the best. The complex is very quiet and reserved, more suited to more mature couples. It is kept spotlessly clean and staff were friendly. The complex is close by all amenities and overlooks the marina. There are numerous bars and restuarants on the doorstep.

“Wonderful holiday in a lovely apartment” Lovely Apartment with a fantastic view on a well managed complex. Very handy for all amenities i.e: Beaches, Shops, Restaurants and Buses. Hope to return again soon.

“Fabulous apartment with wonderful views!” We have visited Tenerife many times and I can honestly say that this is the best apartment we have stayed in. Everything you need is provided, the views are fabulous- overlooking the harbour in one direction and Los Cristianos in the other. Club Atlantis is in an excellent position for all amenities, the beach and harbour are a two minute walk away- bus stops, supermarkets and great entertainment nearby and yet the complex is so peaceful and relaxing. I can certainly recommend this apartment, and Deborah was very helpful with any questions we had. We had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to go again! Response: How many times have we all been on holiday eagerly looking forward to seeing our hotel or apartment only to feel disappointed when we arrived at our accommodation? We want our guests to think "wow" when they arrive at one of our properties, and we get no greater pleasure than receiving great reviews about their stay and hearing what a fabulous time they had. It makes it all worthwhile for us, so thank you for taking the trouble to write and tell us and others exactly what you thought!
