About the home

This 2 Bedroom Apartment has 2 bedrooms with Twin beds in each. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so that apartment can sleep up to 5 people. There are 2 Bathrooms with a Shower Room.

There is a large ceiling fan in the lounge and each bedroom. A safety deposit box is available free of charge. A hairdryer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board are included. The kitchen features a fridge, grill, hob, microwave and oven, as well as a clothes dryer. A DVD player is available for your entertainment, plus a selection table top games and books.

Children are welcome, we can provided a Travel Cot. Maid service will be arranged at the end of each week, this will include a linen change. If you want extra changes just pop along to reception and for a very small charge they will organise the request.

The Compostela Beach Golf II Complex is in Playa de las Americas and Situated about 650 meters in land from the Las Vistas Beach. The Complex sits on the Seaward side of the new Golf Las Americas Golf Course so it is Ideal for Golf lovers.

The Complex is one of the newest Complex in the area. Compostela Beach Golf II Complex is Set around a big Swimming pool with a little pool for the little ones and both pools are Heated for the Cooler Months, there are more than enough Sunbeds (there is a small charge) for everybody and to laze around by the pool and looking at a clear view of the superb Mount Teide.

For bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival, a Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) for the Deposit of (£100 per Week for the Apartments and £150 per Week for the Villa’s) or (30% of the Full Cost) Which is Greater, should be sent to us, along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Upon receipt of this, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.

The Journey time from Reina Sofia Airport is approximately 15 - 20 minutes by Taxi. Las Américas offers it all to you with a sunny smile and a glass of your favourite tipple! Playa de Las Americas compares favourably and ranks on equal terms with any European ‘sun, sand and sea’ destination.

The location of Playa de Las Américas owes more than a little to its enviable weather. It is situated at the southern end of the west coast (or western end of the south coast if you like), where the climate is the best on the whole island. And thanks to some skilful land development the area now offers some of the best beaches in Tenerife, all of which meet European Commission cleanliness standards.
The waters off Las Américas beaches are warm, calm and safe, with breakwaters constructed to ensure this where necessary.
